Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Jinhuang Tianxian Powder Plus External Application In The Treatment Of Subacute Thyroiditis

Objective:To evaluate the comprehensive efficacy of jinhuangtianxian powder in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis and to provide a reliable basis for clinical application of jinhuangtianxian powder.Method:Sixty patients who met the requirements were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were given basic treatment(control emotions?pay attention to rest?drink lots of water?strengthen nutrition at the same time;If fever symptoms occur,physical cooling can be given;the person who amalgamated other disease Would be taken corresponding treatment measures).The control group was given hormone oral administration combined with flour topdressing;The treatment group was given golden tianxian powder external application of the affected area in addition to using hormones;Both groups were treated for four weeks.To observe the antifebrile time,the relief time of thyroid pain,the regression time of swelling thyroid and the laboratory test indexes of patients in the two groups,including:erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),the counts of white blood cells,C-reactive protein(CRP),thyroid stimulating-hormone(TSH),free-tetraiodothyronine(FT4),free-triiodothyr onine(FT3).Patients in the two groups were followed up for 6 months after treatment,and the cure rate and recurrence rate were recorded.The results were statistically analyzed.Rsults:1.There was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups.2.Clinical symptoms of both groups were significantly improved after treatment,but the time of antifebrile,thyroid pain relief and goiter regression in the treatment group was significantly less than that in the control group(p<0.01).3.After treatment,ESR,CRP,TSH,FT4 and FT3 were significantly improved in both groups(p<0.01).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups.4.The recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The effect of external application of jinjintianxian powder combined with low dose of hormone oral therapy on subacute thyroiditis is exact.It can significantly improve clinical symptoms and reduce inflammatory indicators.the whole observation period is safe and reliable,which can be used for clinical promotion.
