Clinical Observation Of Yinjia Powder For The Treatment Of Subacute Thyroiditis

Purpose:To observe the Treatment of Yinjia Powder and DXM local injection in the treatment of Subacute Thyroiditis.Methods:100 SAT patients were divided into control group of 40 cases, the treatment group of 60 patients. Give the 2 groups same basic treatment,the control group were treated with DXM local injection method, while the treatment group with Yinjia Powder.Both the two groups were observed for 3 months continued to track the patient’s symptoms, signs and physical and chemical indicators, recurrence was observed in both groups of patients after treatment to evaluate the accuracy of clinical efficacy and safety of the treatment. All data was dealed with SPSS20.0 statistical software.Results:There is no significant difference between patients’ ages and gende of disease (P>0.05).1.There is no significant difference between patients between the 2 groups in the total TCM curative effect and western medicine curative effect. The total curative effect of contral group was 92.50%, the TCM curative effect of treatment group was 96.61%. Western medicine curative effect of contral group was 97.50%, the TCM curative effect of treatment group was 100%.2. There is no significant difference between the 2 groups in relieving pain and abating fever(P>0.05).3. Description of two programs are safe and feasible, but the treatment group compared with the control group, fewer and lighter side effects, worthy of promotion in clinic.Conclusions:Yinjia Powder treatment of subacute thyroiditis, can improve the clinical symptoms and laboratory parameters of patients, to ensure a good prognosis, improve the quality of life of patients with very low rates of side effects and recurrence rate, it is worth in clinical promotion.
