| Objectives:application of danzhi xiaoyao powder reduction treatment of patients with subacute thyroiditis Qi and fire hyperactivity, observe the clinical effects.Method:doctors diagnose subacute Thyroiditis, TCM Qi and fire hyperactivity of 60 patients. According to the principles of randomized into treatment and control groups,30 cases in each group. Control group give based treatment that strong to pine tablets 5mg, day 2 times, treatment group in based treatment of while added clothing Dan Zhi unfettered bulk added reduction party,, medication course for 2 week; observation treatment before and after two group of TCM card waiting points, treatment before and after red blood cells settlement rate (ESR), and C-reaction protein (CRP), and Il pigment-6 (IL-6) level of change.Results:1. two sets of scores after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in patients with treatment group for 93.33%, control group was 66.67%, there was a significant difference (P<0.05).2. two groups of patients after therapy, individual TCM symptom score compares compared with before treatment are improved (P<0.01), and after treatment in the treatment group than the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).3. two groups of patients after therapy, ESR, CRP, IL-6 comparison, compared with before treatment are improved (P<0.01), and after treatment in the treatment group than the control group, there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusions:1. Dan Zhi Xiao Yao powder with addition and subtraction can significantly reduce Qi and fire hyperactivity of TCM syndrome in patients with subacute thyroiditis points, improve the clinical symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine, in particular to improve thyroid pain and fever, tenderness with goiter symptoms significantly.2. Dan Zhi Xiao Yao powder with addition and subtraction could significantly improve the ESR, CRP, IL-6 level. |
