Clinical Effect Observation Of The Yinqiao Powder And Wuweixiaodu Decoction Combined With Chinese Herbal Paste In The Treatment Of Subacute Thyroiditis

Purpose: To observe the clinical effect of yinqiao powder and Wuwei Xiaodu decoction combined with Chinese Herbal paste in treating subacute thyroiditis(SAT)with hyperactivity heat poisoning syndrome.Methods: Select 40 cases of SAT patients accordding with the bringing in standard of this clinical research,all of them were given basic treatment:Health education for SAT patients,to be instructed to control emotions,the laws of life,to avoid overwork,multi-food protein,calories,vitamin content of food,more drinking water,low iodine diet,antiviral treatment,etc.On the basis of the basic treatment,patients were given yinqiao powder and Wuwei Xiaodu decoction 1 doses per day,morning and evening after two meals for a course of 14 days,follow-up 3 months.Chinese Herbal paste is put on the floor every night before the thyroid pain is clear,about eight hours,treatment for 14 days,follow-up 3 months.After the treatment,the changes of TCM syndromes integral,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C-reactive protein and thyroid ultrasound were all analyzed by the method of self-contrast before and after treatment.Results:1.After the treatment,patients with TCM syndrome score was significantly lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the total effective rate was 87.5%.2.After the treatment,the level of erythrocyte sedimentation rate,and C-reaction protein in patients was significantly lower than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After the treatment,the thyroid ultrasound of patients was significantly improved compared with that before treatment of the lower-than-sound revocation of the thyroid,which is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Yinqiao powder and Wuwei Xiaodu decoction combined with Chinese herbal paste can reduce the syndromes of TCM syndromes of patients withSAT of hyperactivity heat poisoning,and improve the clinical symptoms of TCM.2.Yinqiao powder and Wuwei Xiaodu decoction combined with Chinese herbal paste can reduce the level of erythrocyte sedimentation rate,and C-reaction protein in patients with SAT of hyperactivity heat poisoning.3.Yinqiao powder and Wuwei Xiaodu decoction combined with Chinese herbal paste can improve the lower-than-sound revocation of the thyroid ultrasound of patients with SAT of hyperactivity heat poisoning.
