Clinical Observation Of Tongxie Yaofang Combined With Shenque Acupoint Application In The Treatment Of Diarrhea-type Irritable Bowel Syndrome With Liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency Syndrome

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Tongxieyaofang combinedwith Shenque Acupoint Application on diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome liver depression and spleen deficiency,and to provide evidence for clinical treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome liver depression and spleen deficiency.Methods: 60 patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table,30 in each group;treatment group(Tongxie Yaofang Jiawei combined with Shenque point application)and control group(oral pivobromide combined with loperamide).Four weeks is a course of treatment.The curative effect indexes of the two groups before and after treatment were compared and statistically analyzed.Result:1.The improvement of total syndromes before and after treatment group was better than that of control group(P < 0.05).Compared with the syndromes of the two groups,abdominal distension improved equally(P>0.05),while the treatment group with other abdominal pain,bowel movements,and improved bowel movements was better than the control group(P<0.05).2.Compared with the score of IBS-QOL before and after treatment,the improvement of treatment group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).3.IBS-QOL compared the curative effect,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3 %,which was better than the control group’s total effective rate of 76.6 %,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.In terms of the improvement of the curative effect of TCM symptoms,the total effective rate in the treatment group was 96.6 %,which was better than the total effective rate of 86.6 % in the control group.The comparison between the two was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Tongxie Yaofang Jiawei combined with Shenque acupoint application is effective in treating diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome liver depression and spleen deficiency type.It can improve the clinical symptoms of patients without obvious adverse reactions and sideeffects.Thus it can be seen that the traditional Chinese medicine decoction oral treatment combined with external treatment intervention treatment is more advantageous,more effective,safe and reliable.
