Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Infantile Herpetic Angina (internal Heat Type) With Modified Puji Disinfection Decoction

Objective: To treat the Infantile herpangina with heat-reducing Pujixiaodudecoction(the intrinsic hot syndrome),observe the curative effect and adverse reactions of Pujixiaodudecoction in clinical treatment,and provide an effective and safe treatment for this disease.Methods: Seventy-two children who met the inclusion criteria were selected in the pediatric outpatient department of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,36 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with addition and subtraction Pujixiaodudecoction + Western medicine routine treatment.The control group was treated with Western medicine.the course of treatment was 5 days.After the treatment,the changes of symptoms and signs were observed.The clinical effects of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results: Firstly.The observation group was better than the control group in the time of herpes regression and fever.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Secondly.The scores of the observation group and the control group were lower than the pre-treatment scores.Statistical significance(P<0.05);Thirdly.After treatment,the main symptoms and signs scores of the observation group and the control group were compared.There was no significant difference between the antipyretic score and the improvement of sore throat score(P>0.05),but the observation group disappeared in the herpes.The scores were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Fourth.After treatment,the observation group and the control group were compared with the secondary symptoms and physical signs.The observation group and the control group had no difference in diet,spirit,stool,tongue,cough and other points.Statistical significance(P>0.05),but the observation group improved the thirst score lower than the control group(P<0.05);Fifth,the observation group 36 cases,clinical cure 11 cases,markedly effective 21 cases,effective 3 cases,invalid 1 case The total effective rate was 97.3%,36 cases in the control group,2 cases in clinical cure,25 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 91.6%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating the efficacy of the observation group.Better than the control group;this study proves that the addition and subtraction Pujixiaodudecoction treatment in the the intrinsic hot syndrome Infantile herpangina clinical efficacy than the control group,the shorter the disease course,improve clinical symptoms,alleviate the suffering of children with respect,it has obvious advantages.Conclusion: Pujixiaodudecoction is effective in the treatment of Infantile herpangina(the intrinsic hot syndrome).It has no obvious adverse reactions and high safety.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
