| Objective: To investigate the correlation between PM2.5 and other meteorological factors and the Department of respiration in the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the total number of daily visits of all ages,and analyze the differences and correlation of all ages,as well as Pujixiaodudecoction removed Cimicifuga Scutellaria Bupleurum and Coptis chinensis Fang(hereinafter referred to as Pujixiaodudecoction removed Shengchaiqinlian Fang)intervention effect on inhalable particles in lung injury due to the.Mouse related particulate exposure model of bituminous coal and the establishment,observation of Pujixiaodudecoction removed Shengchaiqinlian Fang to rise even in the treatment and prevention of the two aspects of the rat model of pulmonary pathological changes,airway cilia damage,inflammatory reaction,oxidative / antioxidant mechanism and immune function and other aspects of the effect,so as to explore the Pujixiaodudecoction removed Shengchaiqinlian Fang even on the feasibility and scientificity of inhalation lung injury leading to particulate matter.Methods: The clinical research part of the collection of past 2015.1.1 to 2015.12.31 in Ji'nan City,part of the climate data,including PM2.5,PM10,AQI index,and collect the time of outpatient pulmonary disease over 14 years old patients,analyze the relationship between PM2.5 and meteorological data with different onset age.Experimental study on the SPF level of 100 healthy male ICR mice weighing(20 + 2)g,were randomly divided into control group(normal feeding),model group(normal feeding for 10 days,beginning on the eleventh day of experiment exposure)and treatment group(normal feeding for 10 days,beginning in the poisoning.The eleventh day of experiment at the same time by gavage),traditional Chinese medicine prevention + treatment group(Chinese medicine by gavage for 10 days,on the eleventh day exposure at the same time to traditional Chinese medicine prevention group(gavage),first in traditional Chinese medicine by gavage for 10 days,on the eleventh day after exposure,exposure is no longer taking traditional Chinese medicine orally),n = 20 only.All mice were fed to twenty-sixth days after anesthesia to collect samples from the rat model of pulmonary pathological changes,airway cilia damage,immune function,antioxidant function,immune function and other aspects of the index analysis.Results: Clinical research results show that: the number of outpatient visits in November,in December,in the year of January,the total number of visits,the proportion of women accounted for more than men,from the age distribution,the majority of patients aged 50-69 years.The concentration of PM2.5 had the greatest influence on the patients in Department of respiration,and the influence of the pollution factors on the incidence of Department of respiration was 2 weeks later.The experimental results showed that:(1)in the lung tissue pathology,the prevention and treatment group only slightly reduced the degree of pathological damage of lung tissue than the model group,and there was not much difference between the simple treatment group and the simple prevention group.(2)The role of inflammatory cytokines,Pujixiaodudecoction removed Shengchaiqinlian Fang even can inhibit the expression of IL-1,TNF-,NF-KB,NF-,alpha kappa B,mRNA TRPV1,reduce inflammatory reaction,especially the prevention + treatment group the most obvious effect.(3)The effect on the immune response,both cellular immunity or humoral immune,Pujixiaodudecoction removed Shengchaiqinlian Fang even has positive effect,prevention and treatment on immune function and increased most obviously only prevention medicine also can significantly improve the immune function.(4)In the aspect of oxidation / antioxidation mechanism,Pujixiaodudecoction removed Shengchaiqinlian Fang to rise even in PM2.5 has a positive effect on the body caused by oxidative damage,prevention and treatment combined with continuous administration of the most obvious effect,simple treatment and simple preventive medication was not significant.Conclusion:The number of outpatients in Department of respiration is affected by meteorological factors,especially PM2.5,PM2.5 can cause or aggravate the occurrence and development of respiratory diseases,and there is chronic long-term damage.Pujixiaodudecoction removed Shengchaiqinlian Fang even fight against lung injury caused by inhalable particulate has certain therapeutic and prophylactic effect,so the application of traditional Chinese medicine for the prevention and treatment of air pollution caused by particulate lung injury has a positive effect,is worthy of promotion. |
