Clinical Observation Of Xia's Wendan Decoction In The Treatment Of Acute Cerebral Infarction With Wind And Phlegm Blocking Collateral Syndrome

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Xiashi Wendan Decoction on cerebral infarction and its influence on serum HCY,an important index of cerebral infarction,and further discuss the mechanism of Xiashi Wendan Decoction in treating cerebral infarction,so as to reflect the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in treating cerebral infarction.Methods: 60 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.According to the patients,the two groups were treated with conventional western medicine for cerebral infarction.The treatment group was treated with Xiashi Wendan Decoctionand conventional western medicine.They all observe for 2 weeks,and the patient's condition was closely observed.All patients were evaluated by TCM symptom score,neurological deficit score and serum HCY index before and after treatment.Results: There was no significant difference in age,sex,physical condition and onset time of 60 patients before treatment.After 2 weeks of treatment,the treatment group treated with Xiashi Wendan Decoction and conventional western medicine had significant improvement in TCM symptom score,neurological deficit score and serum HCY level compared with the control group.It decreased obviously(P < 0.05).Conclusions: Through the systematic analysis of the various indicators of60 patients with cerebral infarction,we can know that Xiashi Wendan Decoction has obvious advantages in the treatment of cerebral infarction.It can obviously improve the main symptoms and secondary symptoms of patients.It can also reduce the adverse reactions caused by the application of Western medicine.It is worth studying and promoting.
