Objective:To observe the Clinical Efficacy of Chinese Medicine Dialectical Treatment to Cerebral Infarction with Diabetes and explore its mechanism and characteristics, to better improve the treatment of cerebral infarction with diabetes and provide a basis to expand the scope of clinical application and theoretical guidance. Methods:chosen 180 patients with cerebral infarction with diabetes and divided them into the phlegm and blood stasis obstructing collateral syndrome group, wind-phlegm obstructing collateral syndrome group, phlegm-heat exuberance syndrome group, qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome group, yin deficiency and wind stirring syndrome group and the control Group of 30 patients in each group; the 6 groups were treated with Western medicine on a regular basis,. A course of 4 weeks to observe the patients major Chinese Medicine clinical symptoms and the changes of NIHSS, Barthel score, MRS scores before and after treatmentResults:1. Integrated effects:the effective rates of the group phlegm and blood stasis obstructing collateral syndrome, wind-phlegm obstructing collateral syndrome, phlegm-heat exuberance syndrome, qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, yin deficiency and wind stirring syndrome were 90.0%,96.7%,96.7%,90.0%,93.3% respectively, which were significantly higher than 70.0% of the control group. Compared with the control group, there was significant difference between the group phlegm and blood stasis obstructing collateral syndrome, wind-phlegm obstructing collateral syndrome, phlegm-heat exuberance syndrome, qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, yin deficiency and wind stirring syndrome and the control group(P<0.05).2. To improve the TCM symptoms, NIHSS, Barthel score, MRS score:All the groups of phlegm and blood stasis obstructing collateral syndrome, wind-phlegm obstructing collateral syndrome, phlegm-heat exuberance syndrome, qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, yin deficiency and wind stirring syndrome and control group can improve the patients symptoms and signs by different levels and made some changes on NIHSS, Barthel score, MRS score; on the aspects of improving TCM symptoms, NIHSS, Barthel score, MRS scores, the groups of phlegm and blood stasis obstructing collateral syndrome, wind-phlegm obstructing collateral syndrome, phlegm-heat exuberance syndrome, qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, yin deficiency and wind stirring syndrome were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:compared with the Western medicine alone treatment on cerebral infarction with diabetes in the control group, The treatment of TCM classification treatment combined with Western treatment on cerebral infarction with diabetes are better both in the integrated effect and the TCM symptoms, NIHSS, Barthel score, MRS score indicators, Which proved:TCM treatment of cerebral infarction with diabetes has its advantages with good clinical efficacy and the characteristics of less toxic effects. The results of this research has enriched the prevention and treatment of Chinese medicine theory of cerebral infarction with diabetes. It didn't only provide useful guidance for the clinical treatment of cerebral infarction with diabetes, but also provided a basis and theoretical guidance to improved the clinical efficacy of cerebral infarction with diabetes and expand the scope of application.
