Retrospective Study Of Professor Zhang Fuli's Application Of Huayu Wendan Decoction In Treating Phlegm-stagnation-resistant Cerebral Infarction Based On Elimination Of Pathogens Through Purgation And Diuresis Method

Objective and significance:Through the retrospective study,Professor Zhang Fuli teaches the use of Huayu Wendan Decoction under the guidance of elimination of pathogens through purgation and diuresis methed to treat the phlegm and blood stasis-type of cerebral infarction at convalescence.Research Methods:Based on the research and application of elimination of pathogens through purgation and diuresis methed by Professor Zhang Fuli for many years,a retrospective study method was used to collect the Professor Zhang Fuli 's application in the outpatient department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from September 2017 to March 2020 by using Huayu Wendan Decoction to treat the patients on recoverable period of phlegm and blood stasis-type of cerebral infarction and analyze the clinical effect.The total TCM symptom scores,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score,Hamilton depression Score,Hamilton anxiety score,and tongue coating changes before and after treatment were compared.Research contents:1.The specific performance of the cerebral infarction convalescent patients of the Chinese medicine syndrome total score,neurological deficit score,depression,anxiety score and the improvement of the tongue coating.2.Total score of TCM syndromes: compared with before treatment,the total score of TCM syndromes decreased after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).3.Neurological deficit score: Compared with before treatment,NIHSS score of the patients after treatment was reduced,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).4.Depression score: Compared with before treatment,Hamilton depression score decreased after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).5.Anxiety score: Compared with before treatment,Hamilton anxiety score decreased after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).6.Tongue coating: Before and after the treatment of the tongue coating comparison,thick yellow greasycoating and thick white greasy coating(28+20=48)into thin yellow greasy coating and thin white greasy coating(29+10=39)of the probability of81.25%.It indicates that Huayu Wendan Decoction has a good therapeutic effect on phlegm-dampness pathogenic factors in convalescent patients with cerebral infarction.Conclusion:1.Professor Zhang Fuli's application of Huayu Wendan Decoction in the treatment of cerebral infarction with phlegm and blood stasis blocking collaterals has remarkable efficacy and good safety,which verifies that Huayu Wendan Decoction mentioned by Ye Tianshi has the clinical practical value of "elimination of pathogens through purgation and diuresis methed" and is worthy of clinical promotion.The specific performance of the cerebral infarction convalescent patients of the Chinese medicine syndrome total score,neurological deficit score,depression,anxiety score and the improvement of the tongue coating.2.yellow greasy moss and white greasy moss is the typical type of tongue moss of wet heat type brain stalk dead,its yellow greasy moss is the heat weight wet light,or wet heat and heavy tongue image,and white greasy moss is the tongue image with wet weight as the main.
