Integrative Medicine Clinical Study Of Stroke Unit On Patients With Cerebral Infarction

Object ive:The higher rate of disability and lethality is the character of cerebral infarction. Stroke Unit, thrombolysis, anti-platelet aggregation and anticoagulation are sure methods to prevent and treat cerebral infarction in current domestic and international hospitals. But now neurological specialists still don't find a kind of drug to cure it. So we would investigate one new clinical management mode of cerebral infarction but not only one drug or therapy. Medicinal herb and rehabilitation therapy of tradition Chinese medicine have sure effect on cerebral infarction. We try to investigate some question of stroke unit of integrated tradition Chinese and western medicine (SUITCWM).Methods:To compare the level of neverous defect, Barthel Index, clinical effect and tradition Chinese medicine syndromes and signs of patients in SUITCWM(experimental group)with traditionally neurological ward (control group), then to define which is better.Results:SUITCWM shows the better effect on cerebral infarction in the level of neverous defect, Barthel Index, clinical effect and tradition Chinese medicine syndromes and signs than matched control group(p<0. 01).Conclusion:SUITCWM has a better clinical effect on cerebral infarction. It is one new better clinical management mode.
