Clinical Observation Of Jianpi Yishen Recipe Combined With Dydrogesterone On The Treatment Of Perimenopausal Abnormal Uterine Bleeding With Dificiency Of Spleen And Kidney

Objective:The aim of this study is to assess the clinical effect of Jianpi Yishen Ricipe combined with dydrogesterone tablets in treating patients who suffer from perimenopausal abnormal uterine bleeding with deficiency of spleen and kidney by making a comparisonbetween the treatment group(Jianpi Yishen Ricipe combined with dydrogesterone tablets)and the control group(dydrogesterone tablets).At the same time,the pathogenesis of this disease and the mechanism of Jianpi Yishen Ricipe combined with dydrogesterone tablets in the treatment of this disease were discussed further,which may provide important theoretical basis in clinical treatmentMethods:Sixty clinical cases were collected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was treated with dydrogesterone tablets,and the treatment group was treated with Jianpi Yishen Ricipe combined with dydrogesterone tablets.After three courses,the two groups were compared with the clinically therapeutic indexs before and after the treatment.Results:1.Comparison of comprehensive curative effects in symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine:The total effective percentage of 30 patients in the control group was 80%,and that of 30 patients in the treatment group was 94%.The difference between two programs wasof great distinctness(P<0.05).2.Comparison of menstrual regulation efficacy and recurrence rate:The effective rate in menstrual regulation was 73%in the control group and 93%in the treatment group.The recurrence rates of the two groups were compared after 3 months of stopping taking drugs,26.7%in the control group and 6.7%in the treatment group.Two indexs both showed a statistical difference(P<0.05)3.Comparison of HB and serum sex hormone levels:Both trerapeytic programs increased HB and decreased E2,LH and FSH levels.The control group was of no obvious difference in HB,E2 and LH levels before and after treatment(P>0.05),but this program significantly reduced FSH levels(P<0.05).In the treatment group,there was no significant difference in HB and E2 levels before and after treatment(P>0.05),but this way significantly decreased LH and FSH levels(P<0.05).Make a comparison between two methods in treating patients having perimenopausal abnormal uterine bleeding with deficiency of spleen and kidney after the whole cycles,which showed that there was no distinct difference in HB,E2,LH and FSH levels.In other words,the efficacy of two programs was matched in strength.4.Comparison of related indicators of vaginal ultrasound:Endometrial thickness,RI and PI were reduced in both groups,while endometrial thickness and RI values were significantly reduced in the control group,showing a statistical difference(P<0.05).In the treatment group,endometrial thickness was cut back in obvious evidence(P<0.01),and RI was decreased significantly(P<0.05).There was no difference between the two groups,and the curative effect was similar.Conclusion:Jianpi Yishen Ricipe combined with dydrogesterone tablets are effective in treating perimenopausal abnormal uterine bleeding with spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome.Compared with the control group,it improved TCM symptoms,adjusted menstrual cycle,reduced E2 level,and reduced recurrence rate.The two groups had similar effects in reducing FSH and LH levels,reducing intimal thickness,and improving uterine spiral arterial blood flow,which deserves further clinical research and promotion.
