Research On Chief Physician Gao Zhan's Experience In Diagnosing And Treating Chronic Prostatitis Based On Data Mining

Objective:By collecting the relevant medical case information of patients with chronic prostatitis(CP)in outpatient of professor Gao Zhan,and through the use of using data mining technology,system excavation and analysis to find the clinical medication rule of professor Gao Zhan in the treatment of chronic prostatitis,and summarized his academic thoughts.Methods:This study collected 47 eligible medical records of chronic prostatitis patients that visited professor Gao Zhan in the outpatient department,and finished the NIH chronic prostatitis symptom score(NIH-CPSI)and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)Symptom Integral from December 1,2017-December 30,2018.First,medical records were collated and standardized.Secondly,frequency statistics method was applied to count basic information,TCM diagnosis information,properties of TCM drugs such as four natures,five flavors,channel tropisms,function classifications and doses.Based on association rules,complex system entropy clustering and unsupervised hierarchical clustering entropy to mine the core drugs combinations and compatibility rules of TCM drugs,and to explore the potential new TCM prescriptions.Results:From the relevant medical case information of CP patients in this study,the top 5 symptoms are frequent urination,urinary urgency,endless urine,perineal discomfort,inner thigh discomfort,sagging distention in the smaller abdomen.The top 3 classifications of TCM drugs in professor Gao Zhan' prescriptions are tonic deficiency drugs,blood circulation-activating and stasis-dissipating drugs,and heat-clearing drugs.The most frequently used 10 drugs are Huangqi(milk-vetch root),Danshen(danshen root),Chuanxiong(chuanxiong root),Honghua(Safflower),Baizhu(white atractylodes rhizome),Ezhu(curcumae rhizome),Fuling(Indian bread),Danggui(Chinese angelica),Muli(oyster shell),Chishao(red peony root).Major properties are warm,cold and neutral in nature,and sweet,bitter,and pungent in flavors.Channel tropisms of drugs sorted by quantity ate liver,spleen,heart,kidney.When applying the using traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)inheritance auxiliary system(V2.5)'s association rule to analyze all the drugs,couplet medicine in the top five frequencies are "danshen root and milk-vetch root","danshen root and Safflower","Safflower and milk-vetch root","chuanxiong root and milk-vetch root","danshen root and chuanxiong root".Triangle drugs medicine in the top four frequencies are "safflower,danshen root and milk-vetch root","safflower,danshen root and chuanxiong root","milk-vetch root,danshen root and chuanxiong root","milk-vetch root,safflower and chuanxiong root".The highest correlation of drug combinations are "danshen root->Safflower","Safflower,milk-vetch root->danshen root","Safflower,chuanxiong root->danshen root","Safflower,chuanxiong root,milk-vetch root->danshen root","white atractylodes rhizome->milk-vetch root".Using complex system entropy clustering and unsupervised hierarchical clustering entropy,9 new prescriptions for CP are deducted.Conclusion:In this study,through the data mine and analysis of professor Gao Zhan's medical records,some of his medication experiences can be obtained as below:professor Gao Zhan is good at tonifying and promoting methods from "inner Carbuncle" to treat CP.Average quantity of drugs in professor Gao Zhan is mainly in the range of 12-16,and refined prescription,specific prescriptions and medications.Although a small amount of medicine is used,the effect is remarkable.The most frequently used drugs are tonifying deficiency drugs,followed by blood circulation-activating and stasis-dissipating drugs.The core drugs combinations are"danshen root and milk-vetch root","danshen root and safflower","Safflower and milk-vetch root","Safflower,danshen root and chuanxiong root".Property of dynamic and static drugs,"Tongluo" drugs and messenger drug were often used in prescriptions.Pay attention to the effects of lifestyle on diagnosis and treatment of patients with the disease.
