Summarize Professor Liu Lifang's Experience In Treating Granulomatous Mastitis Based On Data Mining

Objective:Analyze Professor Liu Lifang's treatment of granulomatous mastitis based on modern data mining technology.According to the results of this data mining,combined with Professor Liu Lifang's literature and clinical medical records for the treatment of granulomatous mastitis,Professor Liu Lifang's academic views on the etiology,pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation of granulomatous mastitis are discussed.Summarizing the clinical experience of traditional Chinese medicine in treating granulomatous mastitis,inheriting the important significance of Professor Liu Lifang's academic thought.Methods:This research is divided into two parts:theoretical research and retrospective analysis.In theoretical research,review the related literature of Professor Liu Lifang,and recognize and understand Professor Liu Lifang's academic thought that resolving method is throughout the treatment of granulomatous mastitis.In retrospective analysis,we collect Professor Liu Lifang's electronic prescriptions for diagnosis and treatment of granulomatous mastitis cases from January 2019 to Aprilr 2020 for data cleaning and,statistical analysis.By using descriptive statistical methods and correlation the rule mining method,we summarize the medication laws of Professor Liu Lifang on granulomatous mastitis.Results:A total of 121 prescriptions were included in this study.A total of 66 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine were included.A total of 20 flavors of drugs including Honeysuckle,dandelion,forsythia,malt,Fritillaria,coix seed,zedoary,Gleditsia,seaweed,Soft shelled turtle,Xiangfu,Trigonal,Tangerine peel,Pinellia,Wang Bu Liuxing,Rehmannia glutinosa,Mustard seed,Pao Jiang,Chuanxiong,Epimedium with a frequency of more than 45 were used.According to the analysis of the four qi and five flavors,we find that the drugs are mainly three types of drugs:warm,calm and cold,and the five flavors are mainly bitter,sweet and spicy.To analyse the meridian of the medicine,we found that the most used medicine by Professor Liu Lifang is to enter the liver,stomach and spleen.To analyse association rules,we found that the two,triple and quadruple drug pairs with higher support are honeysuckle-malt,dandelion-ho-eysuckle-malt,forsythia-dandelion-honeysuckle-malt.Conclusion:Professor Liu Lifang believes that early GM is characterized by qi stagnation,blood stasis and phlegm coagulation The purulent phase is centered on phlegm stasis and stasis and heat is the core.The fistula period is characterized by internal blood failure,deficiency of qi and blood,and the powerlessness of qi and blood The resolving method should be throughout the treatment.The incidence of granulomatous mastitis is related to the liver,spleen and stomach.When taking medication,we should focus on regulating the three organs of the liver,spleen and stomach.granulomatous mastitis has many colds,heats,and deficiency and mixed with it.Special attention should be paid to local changes in coldness,heat,and deficiency.Prescription medication is added or subtracted according to the certificate.The four major cures are phlegm,heat,blood circulation and deficiency.Honeysuckle,forsythia,dandelion,and malt are common combination of treating granulomatous mastitis by Professor Liu Lifang.
