| Objective: Based on the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing Platform" software,analyze Professor Yang Wentao’s prescriptions for the treatment of chronic prostatitis with Chinese medicine,sort out and explore the rules and new prescriptions of Chinese medicine for chronic prostatitis,and provide reference for the treatment of chronic prostatitis by Chinese medicine.Methods: 1.Collect and sort out clinical cases of chronic prostatitis through clinical learning with teachers,analyze and summarize the medication rule of the tutor Professor Yang Wentao in the treatment of chronic prostatitis.2.From January 2019 to October 2020,the selected menstrual instructor,Professor Yang Wentao,has treated 154 patients with chronic prostatitis in the outpatient clinic,and 268 complete and effective prescriptions.Enter the patient’s medical record information in the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing Platform" system(V3.0)software clinical information collection system,and use the "statistical analysis" and "data analysis" functions to classify the four Qi and Five flavors,meridians,and classifications of the drugs in the prescription Perform statistics,and use association rules,cluster analysis methods,k-means algorithm + simulation regression algorithm to mine commonly used drug combinations,compatibility rules,potential new prescriptions,etc.,and analyze them.Results: 1.The 154 cases of CP patients were mostly young and middle-aged,with damp-heat stagnation syndrome and damp-heat accumulation syndrome more common.2.A total of 161 traditional Chinese medicines were used in the included268 prescriptions.The four Qis were mainly cold,warm and flat medicines;the five flavors were sweet,bitter and pungent;the liver and kidney meridian channels were the most spleen meridian;the therapeutic effects were tonic and diuretic.Mainly wet medicine and heat-clearing medicine.3.Counting the frequency of 161 traditional Chinese medicines.The Chinese medicines with a frequency of more than 40 times and the top 15 are Poria,Coix,Acorus,Astragalus,Plantago,Dandelion,Rehmannia glutinosa,Verbena,Coix Seed,and Cosi Seed.,Moutan Bark,Cassia twig,Alisma,Licorice,Dipsacus.4.The top 5 combinations based on the association rules are"Alstroemeria->Poria cocos","Shichangpu,Psyllium->Poria cocos","Poria cocos,Shicopu,Psyllium->Poria cocos","Bixie,Psyllium"->Poria" "Poria,Shichangpu,Plantago->Poria".5.Based on cluster analysis,five core formulas were excavated,namely(1)Bixie,Shichangpu,Poria,Plantain,Alisma,Dodder;(2)White peony root,Astragalus,Licorice,Guizhi,Shichangpu,Oyster(3)Rehmannia glutinosa,Cortex Moutan,Verbena,Poria,Coix Seed,Astragalus;(4)Poria,Cassia twig,Licorice,Magnolia officinalis,Dipsacus,Amomum;(5)Safflower,Prunella,Passepartout,Cortex Moutan Long,Psyllium.Conclusion(s): Through the data mining tutor of the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform,Professor Yang Wentao’s medication rules for the treatment of chronic prostatitis,a more comprehensive and scientific statistical result was obtained.The data mining results show the academic thoughts and medication characteristics of the tutor,and are innovative to promote the inheritance and development of Chinese medicine,and can make up for the lack of clinical data support in summing up the tutor’s clinical medication experience. |
