| Objective:The research is based on the collection and arrangement of the cases that old Chinese medicine treatment of liver cirrhosis ascites, using modern data mining analysis method, to explore clinical experience and academic thoughts of the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of this disease, expect to provide clinical guidance and then to increase the clinical effect.Methods:Through collecting and sorting the old Chinese medicine treatment of liver cirrhosis ascites cases, then to establish the medical information records database for the standard cases. Firstly, we process the data in the symptoms, pathogenesis of syndrome factors extracted, traditional Chinese medicine and other information. Then to put the medical records of the symptoms, pathogenesis of syndrome factors, treatment and medication etc into the database. Then to excavate from three aspects including distribution of the symptoms, characteristics and pathogenesis of syndrome factors, law of the medication, using the frequency analysis method, the association rule analysis method and the cluster analysis method. To sum up the experience and academic thoughts of traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment of the disease.Results:(1)Symptoms: â‘ From the frequency analysis:we find there are 194 signs and symptoms in 115 cases. Frequency which is greater than 10% are in the order:abdominal distention, anorexia, oliguria, fatigue, prominent abdominal veins,loose stools, dark complexion, dark red tongue, string pulse, deep pulse and etc. â‘¡ From the association rule analysis of symptoms:we extract 32 item set from the 194 kinds of symptoms, then the abdominal distension with abdominal swelling, anorexia, edema of lower limbs, emaciation, oliguria has higher support and the confidence level; between the fatigue, abdominal distention and anorexia also has a high degree of support.(2) Pathogenesis of syndrome factors: â‘ From the frequency analysis, there are 17 pathogenesis of syndrome factors in all the cases. Frequency of position pathogenesis which is greater than 25% are in the order:liver, spleen, kidney, the frequency of liver and spleen are more than 70%. Frequency of pathogenesis which is greater than 25%are in the order:blood stasis, water poly, qi stagnation,followed by qi deficiency, dampness, heat, yin deficiency which frequency are more than 15%.â‘¡From the association rule analysis, we extract 30 item set, then liver with spleen, qi stagnation, blood stasis, water poly has higher support and the confidence level. Both spleen and qi deficiency have high degree of support with water poly, which reflects water poly has a certain link between spleen deficiency.(3) Medication: â‘ From the frequency analysis:we find there are 223 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine used in all the cases. Frequency which is greater than 30% are in the order: Baizhu, Danshen, Fuling, Dafupi, Danggui, Zexie, Biejia and etc. According to the classification of drug efficacy is mainly attributed to the tonic drug, promoting blood stasis drug, removing dampness drug, regulating qi drug, removing heat drug these five categories, which 141 drugs involved, accounting for 63.2% of the total drugs. Commonly used drugs to the nature of micro cold, mild, warm and sweet, bitter, spicy mainly, returning to classics is main for spleen, liver two classics. â‘¡From the association rule analysis, we find Baizhu with Fuling, Biejia with Danshen, Fuling with Zexie, Danggui with Danshen, ZeXie with Zhuling, support between them is higer which are commonly used paired drugs. â‘¢ From the cluster analysis, we obtain four cluster combinations by K-mean cluster analysis.Conclusion:On the pathogenesis of liver cirrhosis ascites, old Chinese medicine always claim that liver, spleen and kidney are the primary position pathogenesis, qi stagnation, blood stasis and water poly are the core of pathological changes. On the treatment and medication, the surface and essence consideration, strengthening the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors, and the most common methods are tonifying deficiency, promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, removing water, regulating qi, clearing heat. It can be seen that the old Chinese medicine treatment of this disease has a certain consensus, so through the analysis of data mining, we can be more objective to summarize the famous old traditional Chinese medicine treatment experience, and it has certain significance to inherit and promote the experience of famous old traditional Chinese Medicine. |
