| Background:As one of the traditional Chinese medicine dosage forms,paste has a long history.It has the advantages of strong nourishment,palatable use,easy to take for a long time and high bioavailability.It not only has the merit of benefiting,but also has strong pertinence.It can also individualize the treatment of the four diagnostic methods of the organism and regulate the Yin-Yang Balance of Qi and Blood.It is mostly used in the treatment of chronic diseases and deficiency syndrome.In recent years,with the deepening of the concept of ointment supplement,people’s acceptance of traditional treatment such as ointment has been strengthened.As a common chronic disease in modern times,the incidence of menopausal syndrome is increasing.Hormone replacement therapy(HRT)is the main treatment of this disease in Western medicine,but there are many disadvantages in long-term use.Compared with Western medicine,Chinese medicine has less side effects and higher safety in long-term use.It has obvious advantages in the treatment of climacteric syndrome,and has become a research hotspot in the treatment of climacteric syndrome.Pre-menstrual clinical experimen ts showed that the proportion of liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome in the application of paste was high.On this basis,this study focused on the efficacy of paste in the treatment of liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome of climacteric syndrome.Objective:In this study,the basic prescription of the paste for treating the syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency of climacteric syndrome was formulated based on the previous study of the prescription and the characteristics of its composition in the hospital.On this basis,the curative effect of paste prescription on climacteric syndrome patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome was evaluated to provide the basis for the clinical efficacy of paste prescription in treating climacteric syndrome with liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome.Method:This study included 39 cases of climacteric syndrome patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency from 2015 to 2018.Questionnaire method was used to analyze the scale before and after the treatment of ointment.Including liver depression and spleen deficiency symptom classification table,improved Kupperman Index score and menopausal syndrome(TCM)rating scale.Result:1.General informationIn this study,39 patients aged 40-55 with climacteric syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency were included.Inclusion of patients in the age group is in line with the age range of patients with climacteric syndrome.2.Curative effect scoreIntegral Percentage Score of Syndrome Observation Table:Statistical analysis showed that the total effective rate was 94.87%.There were 0 cases cured,4 cases improved,33 cases improved and 2 cases ineffective.The clinical effect of improving liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome was good.TCM syndrome score:The difference of paste before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),Ten of the 14 symptoms improved significantly,with statistical significance(P<0.01),there was no significant difference in abdominal distension,belching pantothenic acid,pharyngeal foreign body sensation and lumbar and knee tenderness before and after treatment(P>0.05).Improving Kupperman Index Score:There was significant difference before and after treatment(P<0.05),and 10 of the 14 symptoms improved significantly(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in muscle pain,palpitation,skin ant sense and sexual intercourse pain before and after treatment(P>0.05).Menopause Syncdrome(TCM)Rating Scale:The total effective rate was 89.74%.Before and after treatment,the somatic dimension(25.051±9.931,14.154±6.356),psychological dimension(17.538±4.811,11.462±3.417),social dimension(4.692±1.542,3.154±1.014),total score of the scale(49.616±15.305,30.154±10.241).Before and after treatment,the scores were significantly reduced,not only the total scores were significantly reduced,but also the quality of life was improved in the three dimensions of psychology,physiology and social life.P<0.05 showed that there was significant difference.3.Safety evaluation:No significant adverse events were observed.Conclusion:.1.The ointment prescription formulated in this study can improve the clinical symptoms of climacteric syndrome patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency,and improve the quality of life of patients.2.The ointment prescription formulated in this study has a definite clinical effect and fewer adverse reactions in the treatment of menopausal syndrome with liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome. |
