Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Kidney Deficiency And Liver Depression Type Menopausal Syndrome With Yugeng Tang

Objective:The changes in Kupperman score,TCM syndrome score,menopausal quality of life,serum FSH,LH,E₂ and adverse reactions in the two groups were observed before and after treatment.to observe the clinical effect of yugeng decoction in the treatment of menopausal syndrome?kidney deficiency and liver depression?Methods:from December 2018 to December 2019,70 patients in the gynecological outpatient department of shanxi hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were collected.According to the sequence number of the visit,35 cases were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group by the random number table method.The experimental group was given yugeng decoction?water infusion,1 dose per day,100ml each morning and evening?,and the control group was given kuntai capsule?2g each time,3 times a day?.2 months for a course of treatment,a total of 1 course of treatment.The improved Kupperman score,TCM syndrome score,quality of life in menopause and the changes of serum FSH,LH and E₂ were observed before and after treatment,and the adverse reactions were observed.Results:1.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the scores of age,disease course,degree of illness,improved Kupperman score,single symptom score,TCM syndrome score,serum sex hormones?FSH,LH,E₂?,and quality of life in menopause before treatment?P>0.05?,and the two groups were comparable.2.The scores of improved Kupperman integral,TCM syndrome integral,and quality of life in menopause?i.e.,vascular systolic,psychological,physiological and sexual dimensions?were all lower in the two groups before and after treatment than before treatment,with statistically significant differences?all P values were 0.000,P<0.05?.After treatment,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant?P<0.05,P<0.05?.The results showed that both yugeng tang and kuntai capsule could effectively improve the menopausal syndrome,and the efficacy of yugeng tang was better than that of kuntai capsule.3.The two groups were compared in terms of comprehensive efficacy and TCM syndrome efficacy.The comprehensive efficacy of the experimental group and the control group were respectively?97.14%and 82.86%?,and the TCM syndrome efficacy was respectively?97.14%and 68.57%?.The results showed that yugeng tang was superior to kuntai capsule in improving the comprehensive efficacy and TCM syndrome efficacy.4.After treatment,the scores of each single symptom of improved Kupperman in the two groups were all lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant?P<0.05,P<0.05?.Comparison between the two groups after treatment,the test analysis,in improving the hot flashes khan,paresthesia,insomnia,emotional,depression,dizziness,fatigue weakness,muscle pain,headache,heart palpitations,bone skin paresthesia,pain during sex and urinary tract symptoms,the differences were statistically significant?P value were 0.007,0.000,0.002,0.008,0.034,0.015,0.033,0.041,0.023,0.023,0.033,0.035,0.048,P<0.05?.The results showed that both yugeng tang and kuntai capsule could effectively improve the individual symptom scores of kupperman,and the efficacy of yugeng tang was better than that of kuntai capsule.5.Before and after treatment,serum levels of FSH and LH in the two groups decreased and serum E₂ level increased,with statistically significant differences?P=0.000,P<0.05?.After treatment,the differences in FSH and LH levels between the two groups were statistically significant?P=0.019,0.000,P<0.05?.There was no significant difference in the improvement of serum E₂ level?P=0.072,P>0.05?.The results showed that both yugeng tang and kuntai capsule could improve serum FSH,LH and E₂ levels.In improving serum levels of FSH and LH,yugeng tang had better efficacy than kuntai capsule.However,no significant difference was found in the improvement of serum E₂level.6.Safety observation:Before and after the treatment,the patient did not have any discomfort reaction or allergic reaction,and no abnormalities were found in blood,urine,stool routine and examination of heart,liver and kidney function?including ecg,renal function and liver function?.Conclusion:yugeng decoction is effective in the treatment of menopausal syndrome?syndrome of kidney deficiency and liver depression?.
