Clinical Study Of Jianpi Shugan Tiaojing Tang In The Treatment Of Adolescent PCOS Of Spleen Deficiency And Liver Depression Syndrome

Objective:To objectively evaluate the efficacy of Jianpi Shugan Tiaojing Tang in the treatment of adolescent PCOS of spleen deficiency and liver depression syndrome, and to explore its mechanism.Methods:60 cases were recruited and then randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group of 30 people. The treatment group took Chinese traditional medicine, Jianpi Shugan Tiaojing Tang for three months in a row which had been adjusted according to patients of menstrual cycle. The control group was given with Daying-35, starting from the fifth day of menstruation or progesterone withdrawal bleeding, taking one tablet everyday for 21 days and then stopping taking. And then repeat on the Fifth day of menstrual bleeding after drug withdrawal. Two groups were treated for 3 months as a course of treatment. Then observe the clinical curative effect of the two groups after a course of treatment and after drug withdrawal for three months.Results:Both two groups can effectively improve the condition of adolescent patients with polycystic ovary syndrome, including menstruation and clinical symptoms(P<0.05), But in improving the Spleen deficiency and Liver depression syndrome and the clinical curative effect after drug withdrawal for three months, the treatment group is better than that of control group (P<0.05); In the aspect of improving menstruation, the control group is better than that of treatment group that is statistically significant(P<0.05). Both groups can effectively regulate hormone (LH, FSH, LH/FSH, T) levels, and reduce the average volume of ovary and the total number of ovarian follicles (P<0.05). And no obvious difference was found (P>0.05). But after drug withdrawal for three months,in keeping the T value, the average volume of ovary and the total number of ovarian follicles, the treatment group is better than that of control group (P<0.05). After a course of treatment, the total effective rate of the two groups have no significant difference (P>0.05), but the total effective rate of treatment group is better than the control group after drug withdrawal for three months (P<0.05).Conclusion:By syndrome differentiation, and then use the "Jianpi Shugan Tiaojing Tang" in the treatment of adolescent patients with polycystic ovary syndrome of spleen deficiency and liver depression syndrome, that its recent curative effect is the same as the Daying-35. The treatment group is superior to improve the spleen deficiency and liver depression syndrome, but in terms of regulate menstruation is worse than Daying-35. And after the drug withdrawal, the stability of its curative effect is superior to that of Daying-35.
