Background:Headache is a very common disease in clinical practice,which may occur without obvious inducement or may be caused by other diseases.Headache can be regarded as an independent disease,and patients may also suffer from other diseases at the same time.The high incidence of headache may have adverse effects on patients' study,work and daily life.In recent years,with the continuous development of social economy in our country,the accelerating pace of society,the life pressure also in unceasing increase,the situation in developed areas is more obvious,more and more people suffer from bad emotions such as anxiety,depression,worry,if you can't get timely and effective diagnosis,intervention and treatment,may further progression,severe patients likely to develop mental disorders.Domestic and international numerous studies have found that correlation between primary headaches and anxiety depression.In traditional Chinese medicine,liver is believed to be the main source of catharsis and the source of emotion.Irascibility is an important and common syndrome element of internal injury headache,but there is no clinical study on the correlation between irascibility disturbance syndrome of primary headache and anxiety and depressionObject:Suffered through the primary headache on one card patient questionnaire survey,statistical methods to explore something on one card headache patients with anxiety depression,particularly in the neurology clinic so as to improve the clinical for the recognition and diagnostic rate of bad emotions,to provide targeted diagnosis and treatment of such diseases patients;Secondly,to explore the level of anxiety and depression distribution in patients with different degrees of irascibility syndrome headache,in order to further explore the liver main catharsis,flow of qi,regulating the function of emotion;Third,assess the quality of life of patients with irascibility syndrome headache;At the same time,while filling in the scale,the general data of patients with primary headache and irascible syndrome were also collected,so as to prepare for future large samples and further studies.Methods:From August 2018 to January 2019,patients with primary headache and irradiation syndrome visiting the outpatient department and ward of XX hospital,the XX hospital,and the XX hospital of Beijing university of traditional Chinese medicine were selected.The general information of the patients was collected by using the self-made general information collection form for headache patients,the syndrome quantification form for headache and irascible irascible disturbance syndrome was used to quantify the syndrome quantification for irascible irascible disturbance syndrome,and the anxiety and depression level of the patients was evaluated by Zung self-rating scale for anxiety and depression.Meanwhile,the patients were asked to fill in the sf-36 quality of life scale.SPSS20.0 software was used for data analysis,and the normality test was conducted to verify whether the data conforms to the normal distribution.Pearson correlation coefficient was used to analyze the correlation,and correlation coefficient and significance coefficient were tested to determine whether the data were significantly correlated.Single sample t test was used to test whether there was a difference between the sample mean and the general mean of norm,and paired t test was used to test the difference between each group.The difference was statistically significant if P<0.05.Results:A total of 61 patients were included,including 40 patients with anxiety,32 patients with depression,and 32 patients with anxiety and depression.Pearson correlation coefficient between irascibility syndrome and anxiety scale score was 0.639,showing a positive correlation.The Pearson correlation coefficient between irascibility syndrome and depression scale score was 0.454,which also showed a positive correlation.The quality of life of the enrolled patients was different from that of the normal populationConclusions:?Patients with primary headache and irascibility syndrome are prone to anxiety,depression and adverse emotions,and more prone to anxiety,and there is a correlation between primary headache and irascibility syndrome and anxiety/depression;?The degree of irascibility irascibility in patients with primary headache irascibility disturbance syndrome is positively proportional to the severity of negative emotions of anxiety and depression;?There is a negative correlation between the degree of irascibility disturbance in patients with primary headache and the quality of life.
