Objective: To understand the data of migraine and tension headache in common primary headache, and to combine anxiety and depression, status of diagnosis and treatment, and provide reference for the standard diagnosis and treatment of clinical headache. Methods: A common primary source of diagnostic criteria for MH and TTH in the International Headache Classification Standard(ICDH-3-Beta)was collected from the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University and the Bayor Hushuo Township of Inner Mongolia from February 2018 to December 2018.There were 339 cases of sexual headache, including 178 cases of MH and 161 cases of tension type TTH.The research tools were our self-made headache questionnaire and the PHQ-9 Depression Scale and the General Anxiety Scale(GAD-7).Statistical analysis was carried out on the survey results using SPSS20.0 statistical software. Results A total of 339 patients with common primary headache were collected, including 178 cases of MH,female(79.2%);161 cases of TTH,and women(72.0%).The age of onset and mean age of MH patients were younger than those of TTH patients(p<0.01).Mongolian patients with MH had a higher TTH(p<0.05);MH course and pain were longer and more severe than TTH,and 37.1% MH had a family history of headache, and 29.3% of headaches were higher than TTH patients before and after menstruation(p <0.01);MH had a greater impact on life learning than TTH(93.3% vs 60.9%),while TTH had a higher proportion of chronic disease(44.4% vs 27.5%),the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01).The proportion of MH with anxiety and depression was 36.5%,19.7%,and the proportion of TTH with anxiety and depression was 43.5% and 19.9%,respectively.There was no significant difference between the two groups(p>0.05).Among all headache patients, the frequency of headache attacks ?15 days/month and the duration of headache combined with anxiety and depression were higher in the comorbid group than in the non-common disease group(p<0.05).The difference in the proportion of MH patients compared with TTH patients(65.2% vs 42.9%)was statistically significant(p<0.01).More patients with MH were treated at the prefecture-level general hospital or higher-level tertiary hospital(p=0.03),while TTH was mainly treated at 58.0% of Qixian hospital. The correct diagnosis rate of TTH was 4.3%,the rate of undiagnosis was 44.9%,the correct diagnosis rate of MH was 28.4%,and the rate of undiagnosis was 21.6%.The patients with MH were more likely to choose medication(82% vs 49%),while those with TTH were more. The headache was treated by rest or massage(49.7% vs 15.2%),and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01).Only1.7% of patients in MH had previously received standardized treatment, and TTH patients had not received preventive treatment.Conclusions(1)MH and TTH are more common in women, the age of onset of MH and the average age of younger than TTH,MH Chinese Mongolian accounted for a higher TTH.(2)The course of MH,the degree of pain and the impact on daily life are more serious than TTH,and MH has more family history of headache and menstruation, while TTH has a higher proportion than other chronic diseases of MH.(3)MH and TTH combined with a higher proportion of anxiety and depression, there is no significant difference between the two.The frequency and duration of headache in the headache combined with anxiety and/or depression comorbidity group was longer than that in the non-common disease group.(4)The visit rate and correct diagnosis rate of MH and TTH in Inner Mongolia is lower, the rate of undiagnosis and misdiagnosis is very high, especially the diagnosis and treatment of TTH is lower than that of the whole country and other regions. The corresponding physician training and public health education should be implemented.
