Clinical Observation Of Huangqi Danggui Liyu Decoction In Treating Patients With Nephrotic Syndrome Hypoproteinemia

Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of Huangqi Danggui Liyu Decoction in the treatment of patients with nephrotic syndrome with hypoproteinemia,and to further promote the clinical application of Astragalus membranaceus.Methods:Forty patients with nephrotic syndrome who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,20 patients in each group.The control group received basic treatment.The treatment group received basic treatment and Huangqi Danggui Liyu Decoction for2 weeks.The overall symptoms and edema were compared between the two groups.The clinical effects of the two groups were observed.The main effects of the two groups were observed.The changes of HGB,liver function,renal function,24hUTP,CHO and TG were compared.Results:(1)Comparison of basic conditions:Among 40 patients with hypoproteinemia,4 cases were shedding in this study,36 patients with nephrotic syndrome were actually completed,16patients in the treatment group,20patients in the control group,and 10 patients in the treatment group.There were 6 females with an average age of about 50 years and an average disease duration of about 38 months.There were 9males and 11 females with an average age of 49 years and an average disease duration of about 13 months.There were no statistically significant differences in gender,age,and duration between the two groups.(2)Clinical symptoms:1 overall symptoms,comparison between the two groups:the overall symptom scores of the treatment group and the control group decreased after treatment,the difference was statistically significant.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups after the treatment by independent sample t test(P>0.05).2 edema symptom scores,group comparison,the edema symptom scores of the two groups after treatment decreased compared with the pre-treatment,the difference was statistically significant after the rank sum test.There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment between the two groups.3In the treatment group,the swelling time of the treatment group,in the treatment group without diuretics,after the treatment of edema subsided in 7patients with edema regression time is about 7 days.(3)Comparison of main efficacy evaluations:1ALb:Compared with the control group,the content of ALb in the treatment group and the control group increased compared with that before treatment;the difference between the two groups was that there was no difference in the content of ALb between the treatment group and the control group before treatment.Statistically significant,after treatment,the treatment group had a significant increase in ALb content compared with the control group,which was statistically significant.2TP:The TP in the treatment group increased compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant.There was no significant difference between the control group and the treatment group before treatment.There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment.3Among the 13 patients who did not use diuretics in the treatment group:7 patients with edema subsided after treatment,the difference in ALb after treatment was statistically significant.(4)Safety evaluation:1HGB:There was no significant difference in HGB between the two groups after treatment.2 liver function:There was no significant difference in serum ALT,AST between the two groups after treatment.3 renal function:within the group,there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment,Cr,BUN,UA and after treatment.424hUTP:There was no statistical difference between the two groups after treatment at 24hUT.5CHO,TG:There was no significant difference in CHO and TG levels between the two groups after treatment.(5)Adverse reactions:In the treatment group;A case of membranous nephropathy with hepatitis B-related pathogen deposition,transaminase increased during follow-up,and the compound cyclophosphamide was changed to cyclosporine and returned to normal.No obvious abnormalities were observed in the control group.Conclusion:Huangqi Danggui Liyu Decoction is effective in the treatment of hypoproteinemia in patients with nephrotic syndrome,especially for edema,or despite edema,patients who have been swollen for a week or so can have better curative effect.Good security.
