The Clinical Study Of Gastroptosis (Liver Stomach Disharmony Type) Treated By Modified Liyu Shengxian Decoction

Objective:This study from the theory of TCM syndrome,the total efficiency,X-ray barium meal,etc.To evaluate Modified Liyu Shengxian Decoction in treating gastroptosis(liver stomach disharmony type)clinical efficacy and security of the scheme,provides the more scientific theory basis for the clinical application and development of new drugs.Methods: 74 cases of patients were enrolled according to visit order number,using completely randomized digital table method according to the proportion of 1:1,the patients were divided into treatment group 37 cases(off 2 cases),and control group 37 cases(2 cases of loss),in the treatment group give Modified Liyu Shengxian soup.Chinese Herbal Medicine Hospital of Henan Province by the unified purchase and boiling system decoction into 100 ml bags,one bag each time,twice a day,morning and evening orally,the control group was given Weisu granule treatment,three times a day,one bag each time.The two groups were 12 weeks as 1 course of treatment,observation of a total of 1 period of treatment,To observe the therapeutic efficacy of TCM syndromes,the two groups before and after treatment in patients with total efficiency and safety index and adverse events.Results:(1)The science of TCM syndrome: evaluation and analysis according to the standard of curative effect evaluation of TCM syndrome,treatment group total effective rate was 94.27%;the control group total efficiency is 74.28%.The two groups were compared with significant difference(P<0.05).(2)X-ray barium meal: treatment group total effective rate was 80.0%;the control group total efficiency is 51.40%.The two groups were compared with significant difference(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of the total efficacy: treatment group 1 cases were cured,6 cases markedly effective,26 cases effective,2 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 94.30%;the control group cured 0 cases,markedly effective in 6 cases,effective 18 cases,invalid 11 cases,the total efficiency is 68.60%.The two groups were compared with significant difference(P=0.04<0.05).?Safety:Two groups of patients before and after treantment the three conventional(blood,urine,dung)and there were no obvious safety indexes such as liver and kidney function abnormal.Conclusion: Modified Liyu Shengxian Decoction in treating gastroptosis(liver stomach disharmony type)curative effect,can significantly improve the TCM syndrome of patients with functional diarrhea,X-ray barium meal,the total effective rate is high,the clinical application is safe and effective,is effective prescription combination treatment of functional diarrhea.
