| Objective: To investigate the curative effect of the Chinese traditional medicine "Xin shen tong zhu yu decoction" in Lumbar Disc Herniation (LDH).Method:81 cases were divided into two groups by random.An observation analysis of LDH treatment between 41 cases and 40 cases with Xin shen tong zhu yu decoction and with shu jin huo Xue pills as treating group and control group. Result: Treat group: 15 cases were cured, 12 cases showed considerable improvement, 11 cases improved, 3 cases inefficacy. The effective rate is 92.7%. Control group: 13 cases were cured, 14 cases showed considerable improvemen, 8 cases improved, 5 cases inefficacy. The effective rate is 87.5%. It shows that the total efficiency of "Xin shen tong zhu yu decoction" is higher than shu jin huo Xue pills. The treatment courses of two groups had not noted differences in statistics.Conclusion: It is effective that taking orally with "Xin shen tong zhu yu decoction" treats LDH. |
