The Curative Effect Of The Traditional Chinese Medicine "Dang Gui Bu Xue Decoction And Shen Si Wei" In Lumbar Disc Heriation

Purpose:To investigate the curative effect of the traditional chinese medicine Prescription “dang gui bu xue decoction and shen si wei”in lumbar Disc Heriation of Liver and kidney deficiency type (LDH).Method:60cases were divided into two groups by random.An observation analysis of LDH treatment between30cases and30cases with dang gui bu xue decoctionand shen si wei and with Melosican Capsules as treating group and contronl group.Result:The effect was evaluated with State administration of tcm. Standard of TCM administering authority of china--criteria of diagnostic efficacyon syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine standard, treatgroup it was excellent in14cases, good in7, fair in18and poor in3, and the excellent and good rate was90.00%.Contronlgroup was excellent in0cases, good in6, fair in17, and poor in7, and the excellent and good rate was76.67%.It shows that the total efficiency of dang gui bu xue decoction andshen si wei decoction is higher than Melosican Capsules.The treatment courses of two goups had some differences have been noted in statistics.Conclusion： It is effective that taking orally with dang gui bu xue decoction and shen si wei decoction treats LDH of Liver and kidney deficiency type.
