| Objective: Observed the clinical curative effects of two examples in healing Lumbar disc herniation, one examples with treatment include tatraditional chinese medicine Tongdu Huoxue Decoction,traditional Chinese medicine fumigation, intravenous drip drugs lumbar traction and the other examples with treatment include lumbar traction, traditional Chinese medicine fumigation, intravenous drip drug, compared two results,analysised and researched on the clinical curative effect of Tongdu Huoxue Decoction.Method : Choosing 80 cases were from 40 to 60 years old with pain in waist and leg as the main symptoms and hospitalization days is 2 weeks in hubei troditional chinese medicine hospital from April 2014 to April 2015. Selected the examples with treatment include traditional chinese medicine Tong du Huo xue Decoction,traditional Chinese medicine umigation, intravenous drip drugs lumbar traction as treatment group,and the other examples with treatment include lumbar traction, traditional Chinese medicine fumigation, intravenous drip drug as the conservative group, recorded pain grades of all cases before and after 2 weeks and the clinical curative effects after 2 weeks,80 cases patients were with pain in the waist and leg,which lumbar X- ray, CT, MRI prompt diagnosis of Lumbar disc herniation,the age of all cases is from 40 years to 60 years, with average age of 52.4years, 37 men cases, 43 women cases.The conservative group were 42 cases, 19 men cases and 23 women cases, with an average age of 52.7 years, the treatment group(38 cases,of which 18 men and 20 women cases, with an average age of 52.1 years, two groups in the age distribution, sex ratio, signs and symptoms in patients were no significant different. Record pain level of two groups before and after the treatment of 2 weeks, using conscious pain symptoms as the main observation index according to the world health organization(who) pain standard of patients. Referring to the standard of disease diagnosis curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine,record the effect of the patients with treatment of 2 weeks,collect and analysis data, use p < 0.05 as statistically significant, chi-square test, use IBM SPSS Statistical soft ware for statistical processing, Both the conservative group and treatment group were statistical data analysised before and after treatment respectively.Result:Accroding to the pain standards of the world health organization(who),Analyzed the cases number of pain in different levels, the two groups before treatment line chisquare test were p > 0.05, the treatment group and conservative group were no statistical significance before treatment, two groups of samples are comparable, the two groups after treatment line line chi-square test were p < 0.05, the treatment group and conservative group after treatment of different cases the pain degree distribution had significan difference.Acorrding to the standard of diagnosis of disease and curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine,there were four effect levels.80 cases after treatment;conservative group 5 cases were cured, 18 cases were markedly effective,17 cases were improved,2 cases were not cured the total effective rate: 95%;High efficiency: 55%; Treatment group 7 cases were cured, 18 cases were markedly effective,12 cases were improved,1 cases were not cured.the total efficiency: 97%;High efficiency: 62%;. Total effective rate test p> 0.05, high effective rate test p < 0.05, the total effective rate in the 2 groups were no statistical difference and high efficient statistically significant differences.The high efficient of treatment group is higher than the conservative group.Conclusion : Through clinical study, comparing treatment include Tongdu Huoxue Decoction and lumbar traction, ironing, traditional Chinese medicine fumigation, intravenous drip drugs to treatmrnt include lumbar traction, ironing, traditional Chinese medicine fumigation, intravenous drip drug,The effect of the treatment with Tongdu Huoxue Decoction is better than which without Tongdu Huoxue Decoction, Tongdu Huoxue Decoction has curative effect in curing Lumbar disc herniation, worth clinical application. |
