Clinical Observation Of Wenyang Dingzhi Decoction In Treating Persistent Atrial Fibrillation And Heart-Yang Deficiency Syndrome

Objective:Observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Wenyang Dingzhi Drink in the treatment of Heart Yang deficiency type of persistent atrial fibrillation.Methods : 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment and control group,30 in each group.Control group:the 30 of them were treated with the betaloc combined with conventional western treatment.Treatment group: the other 30 patients were treated with Wenyang Dingzhi Drink on the basis of treatment according to the control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks,and Observed and analyzed changes in TCM syndrome ventricular rate control,left ventricular ejection and left atrial diameter before and after treatment.Result:1.Efficacy of TCM syndrome was 86.67% in the treatment group,and in the control group was 69.70%,the treatment group was superior to the control group.2.The ventricular rate control of the two groups was improved.The ventricular rate control of the two groups was improved compared with that before treatment.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.The difference between the two groups after treatment was not statistically significan in ventricular rate control between the two groups.3.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 80.00%.There was no significant difference in the rate of efficacy control.4.The left ventricular ejection fraction was improved in both groups.After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction was improved compared with that before treatment.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.After treatment,the treatment group was superior to the control group.5.The left atrial diameter of the reatment group was significantly different before and after treatment.There was no statistically difference in the control group.After treatment,the difference was statistically difference between the two groups.Conclusion: This study shows that the application of Wenyang Dingzhi Drink in the Treatment of Heart Yang deficiency type of persistent atrial fibrillation is more effective than Betaloc alone.It shows that Wenyang Dingzhi Drink is safe and effective.It is worthy o f promotion and application.
