Mindarmor Party ? To Treat Nonvalvular Persistent Atrial Fibrillation (Heart Yang Weak Type) The Clinical Curative Effect Of Observation And Its Influence On Blood Uric Acid Levels

Objective: to verify the number mindarmor ? nonvalvular party treatment of patients with persistent atrial fibrillation(heart Yang weak type)clinical curative effect and its influence on blood uric acid levels.It provides a new idea for clinical treatment of atrial fibrillation.Methods: 60 patients with persistent nonvalvular atrialfibrillation with elevated serum uric acid were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.While the control group gives the western medicine foundation treatment,the treatment group on the basis of the drug control group plus with heart ? guard,oral,course of treatment for 4 weeks,observe the two groups before and after medication in TCM syndrome integral,ventricular rate control and the change of blood uric acid levels.Results:1.Changes in TCM syndrome score: there were statistically significant differences between the treatment group and the control group after medication(P<0.05),the total effective rate was 90% in the treatment group and 73% in the control group,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.2.Changes in ventricular rate: there were statistically significant differences between the treatment group and the control group after medication(P<0.05),with the total effective rate of 87% in the treatment group and 77% in the control group after medication,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.3.Changes in serum uric acid: compared with the control group,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,showing statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Mindarmor ? party can obviously improve nonvalvular(weak heart Yang type)in patients with persistent af syndromes;2.Mindarmor ? party can significantly reduce nonvalvular(weak heart Yang type)in patients with persistent af ventricular rate,improve the clinical curative effect;3.Mindarmor ? party can significantly reduce nonvalvular(weak heart Yang type)in patients with persistent af blood uric acid levels.
