Clinical Study On Treating The Persistent Atrial Fibrillation(Devitalization Of Heart Yang, Water And Blood Stasis Blockage Type) With Qiguitongyangfumai Soup

Objective: The Observation of Qiguitongyangfumai Soup in the treatment of ditalization of Heart Yang,Water and Blood sasis bockage tpe of prsistent arial fibrillation(PAF).For providing new ideas for the treatment of persistent atrial fibrillation and improve the quality of patients' lifeMethods: According to the inclusion criteria,60 patients with persistent AF were randomly divided into two groups(treatment group and control group),They were respectively treated with Qiguitongyangfumai soup+ metoprolol sustained-release tablets and metoprolol sustained-release tablets.After 4 weeks' treatment,observing the change rate of symptoms and signs,BNP,cardiac chamber before and after treatment in two groups.Results: After the treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 93.3%,70%,the treatment group is better than that of control group;The total efficacy of TCM symptoms,the treatment group and the control group was 90%,56.7%,the treatment group is better than that of control group;The total score of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05);Before and after treatment,the BNP of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);Before and after treatment,the average ventricular rate in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Qiguitongyangfumai soup decoction combined with metoprolol sustained-release tablets can obviously improve clinical symptoms of patients with prsistent arial fibrillation(Devitalization of Heart Yang,Water and Blood Stasis Blockage Type),improve the quality of life,improve ventricular rate and reduce the level of BNP.
