| purpose:To observe the clinical effect of Jiawei Shengmai Decoction in the treatment of long-term persistent atrial fibrillation of coronary heart disease with deficiency of qi and yin deficiency to further promote its application.method:According to the diagnosis and exclusion criteria of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,64 patients were collected from the Department of Emergency Medicine,Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Including treatment group of 32 cases,2 cases of shedding,the control group of 32 cases,off 2 cases.The control group was treated with routine Control the rhythm,control ventricular rate,anticoagulation and other methods of treatment of coronary heart disease atrial fibrillation,the treatment group in the basic treatment of Western medicine to be added Shengmai Yin oral,respectively,before treatment,treatment 7 days,14 days,21days,28 days observation TCM syndrome score,electrocardiographic performance,atrial fibrillation severity score,ventricular rate changes.Before treatment,14 days of treatment,28 days after treatment to observe the patient's blood,coagulation,liver and kidney electrolyte function and cardiac ultrasound.SPSS21.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data and evaluate its clinical efficacy and safety.result:(1)The total therapeutic effect of the two groups was 86.67% in the treatment group and 66.67% in the control group.The treatment group was better than the control group.(P <0.05)(2)Two groups of treatment programs can reduce the TCM syndrome score,the treatment group is better than the control group.(P<0.05)(3)Two groups of treatment options can effectively control the ventricular rate,the effect is quite,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05)(4)The ventricular rate was decreased in the two groups after 28 days of treatment,the treatment group was superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant.(P<0.05)(5)Two groups of treatment options can reduce the palpitations,chest tightness,chest pain,dry mouth,fatigue,night sweats,insomnia,tongue,pulse and other aspects of traditional Chinese medicine points,before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the palpitations,chest tightness,fatigue,night sweats and so on(P<0.05)Two groups of treatment in improving the dry mouth,chest pain,insomnia,tongue,pulse and other aspects of the effect is quite different,no significant difference.(P>0.05).(6)Two groups of treatment regimens for 28 days had no improvement in the severity of atrial fibrillation score.(P>0.05).(7)The treatment group had no effect on the coagulation function for 28 days,but there was no significant difference between the two groups.(P>0.05).(8)Two groups of 28 days of treatment can not improve myocardial ischemia,ECG performance,the difference was not statistically significant.(P>0.05).(9)The safety of the two groups is good.Conclusion:Jiawei Shengmaiyin can effectively alleviate the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with chronic coronary heart disease(CHD)who have chronic coronary heart disease(CHD),reduce the ventricular rate of patients,and it has effect on coagulant function and have good safety and are worthy of clinical application. |
