The Clinical Observation Of Wenyang Yangxin Fumai Decoction In The Treatment Of Slow Arrhythmia Of Heart Yang Deficiency Type

Objective:In this study,through clinical observation of the efficacy of Wenyang Yangxin Fumai Decoction in the treatment of heart-yang deficiency type bradyarrhythmia,and analysis of relevant clinical data to explore its mechanism of action,in order to provide a reasonable prescription for the treatment of heart-yang deficiency type bradyarrhythmia,and facilitate the application of its ideas and methods in clinical practice.MethodsPatients hospitalized in Huangpi District Hospital of Tradition al Chinese Medicine from June 2019 to December 2020 were select ed.Heart Yang deficiency type tardy arrhythmia diagnosis stand ard(according to the "practical medicine" and "huang wan clini cal electrocardiogram to learn" about tardy related criteria fo r diagnosis of cardiac arrhythmia and "standard of Chinese trad itional medicine new drug clinical research guiding principle"to formulate)of 60 patients with clinic or hospital,will be r andomly divided into experimental group and control group,expe rimental group and control group of 30 cases.Experimental grou p patients give this yangxin complex pulse soup,control group patients give fairy litres of oral liquid of arteries and veins,taking methods are oral,two groups of continuous medication t ime is 21 days,if the patient merge the basic disease such as coronary heart disease,diabetes,high blood pressure,from the Angle of the patients clinical safety,still retain their orig inal drugs for the treatment of foundation disease.Any other d rugs related to the treatment of arrhythmias are prohibited dur ing the trial,so as not to interfere with the results of this clinical trial.Follow-up was performed for 1 month and any adv erse reactions were recorded during this period.During this pe riod,TCM syndrome scores and 24-hour Dynamic electrocardiogram(DYNAMIC)of patients before and after treatment were observed The changes of efficacy indexes such as Electrocardiogram(DCG)and routine Electrocardiogram(ECG)and safety indexes such as routine blood lipid analysis,myocardial enzyme spectrum,live r function,urine routine and renal function were statistically analyzed by SPSS24.0 software.The enumeration data in the exp eriWent were tested by X 2 test,and the measurement data recor ded in the experiment were counted by mean±standard deviatio n,and analyzed statistically by t test.And by comparing the r esults of the statistical analysis of the efficacy indexes and safety indexes of the two groups,the relevant conclusions were drawn.Result:In the course of clinical observation,no patients stopped the trial and two cases were lost,among which 1 case was excluded from the experimental group and 29 cases completed treatment an d follow-up,while 1 case fell off from the control group and 29 cases completed treatment and follow-up,a total of 58 cases in the two groups.There were no significant differences betwee n the two groups in gender,age,weight,history of tobacco and alcohol,course of disease,medical history and type of cases.In this clinical observation,in terms of TCM clinical syndrom e scores,both groups of TCM clinical syndrome scores decreased significantly after treatment,indicating that the clinical sy mptoms of the experimental group and the control group were imp roved to varying degrees,among which the therapeutic effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of t he control group.In terms of 24h dynamic electrocardiogram(DC G):The four clinical efficacy observation indexes of 24h maxi mum heart rate,24h minimum heart rate,24h total heart rate an d 24h average heart rate were all improved,and the heart rate efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),suggesting that there was a differenc e in the efficacy of heart rate between the experimental group and the control group.Ecg curative effect in treatment group a nd control group were improved,and the experimental group rece ived electrocardiogram curative effect was significantly higher(p<0.05),the experimental group and control group in restin g heart rate after treatment was satisfactory curative effect e valuation,and the treatment group was better than control grou p(p<0.05),the patient safety during the whole treatment ind exes in the normal range,security for grade Ⅰ.Conclusion:Compared with the control group,Wenyang Yangxin Fumai Decoctio n has the following advantages and characteristics:First,it c an significantly improve chest tightness,palpitation,shortnes s of breath,cold limbs and other symptoms caused by heart-yang deficiency bradyarrhythmia,significantly reduce the TCM syndr ome score and improve the clinical symptoms;Second,it can sig nificantly improve the 24 hours maximum heart rate,slowest hea rt rate,total heart beat number and average ventricular rate i n patients with chronic arrhythmia of heart-yang deficiency typ e.Thirdly,in the treatment and follow-up of Wenyang Yangxin F umai Decoction,there was no obvious adverse reaction,with goo d safety and suitable for clinical application.
