Objctive: To observe the difference of clinical efficacy between two treatment regimens(needle knife + McKenzie therapy, simple needle knife therapy)in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, and to elucidate the mechanism of action of needle knife combined with McKenzie therapy in the treatment of this disease.Exploring appropriate treatments for the treatment of this disease, providing a standardized clinical reference for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods: According to the criteria for the diagnosis of the disease,60 patients with lumbar disc herniation who were treated in the orthopedic clinic of Jiangxi Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2018 to November 2018 were selected.Using a randomized stratification method,60 patients with intervertebral disc herniation were randomly divided into treatment group(needle knife + McKenzie therapy group),30 patients in this group, and the remaining 30 patients were included in the control group(needle knife group). The frequency of treatment with a needle knife in both groups was once a week, and the treatment was terminated for 3 weeks.McKenzie rehabilitation therapy was started on the second day after each needle treatment;the VAS score,JOA score, lumbar flexion range(LFR)and back extension range were evaluated as treatment(LDH)before and after treatment.)The reference standard for the effect. The above reference standard data will be analyzed using appropriate statistical methods, and the data will be analyzed using statistical software SPSS 25,and a comparative histogram will be drawn, and the results will be obtained, and the effect of the treatment will be analyzed. The patients who underwent the entire treatment process were followed closely for about 3 months after treatment, and the postoperative situation of the patients was recorded in detail and the causes were analyzed.Result: 1.The comparison between the treatment group and the control group in terms of gender(men and women),age and disc herniation showed(P>0.05),there was no significant difference, and there was a significance for comparison. The independent sample t-test was used for the VAS score, lumbar flexion range(LFR),JOA score, and lumbar dorsal extension range before treatment. The results showed(P>0.05),no significant difference,The meaning of the comparison.2.The JOA score was 10.975±1.216 before treatment and 24.476±1.040 after treatment. The paired sample t test(P<0.05)was used. The difference. The JOA scores of the control group before and after treatment were 10.899±1.256 and 22.880±1.200,respectively.Using the same statistical methods described above, the results showed(P<0.05),indicating that the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was significant. The JOA values of the two groups of patients after treatment were shown by independent sample t-test(P<0.05),indicating that the two were very different;patients treated with(needle knife + McKenzie)had VAS score before treatment. The value was 5.500±1.106,and the result after treatment was 1.593±0.731.Using the paired sample t test(P<0.05),there were significant differences. The VAS scores of the control group before and after treatment were 5.566±1.222 and 2.086±0.715,respectively.Paired sample t-test(P<0.05),there was a significant difference. The VAS scores of the two groups of patients at the time of treatment completion were analyzed by independent sample t-test.The results showed(P<0.05),indicating that the efficacy of the two groups was different; The patients in the(needle knife + McKenzie)group were 38.566±3.480 and 53.210±3.517 before and after treatment, respectively.Using the test method similar to the above observations, paired t test, the results showed(P<0.05).,indicating that there is a big difference between before and after. The patients in the simple acupuncture group were 38.366±2.988 before treatment(LFR)and 48.673±2.687 after treatment. The paired sample t test(P<0.05)was used.difference The difference in lumbar flexion range(LFR)between the two groups was measured by independent sample t test, and the results showed that the P value was less than 0.05.The value of lumbar spine extensor activity was 9.600±1.522 before the treatment(needle knife + McKenzie)group. The value after treatment was 21.180±1.572.The paired sample t test(P<0.05)had significant differences. The range of lumbar spine stretch before and after treatment was 9.166±1.261 and 19.396±1.045,respectively.The same test method was used. The results showed that the P value was less than 0.05,which was very different before and after;the two groups of patients used the independent sample t test after the complete treatment, and the results showed that the P value was less than 0.05,indicating that the two treatment methods are very different.3.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group and the control group: 63.3% of the patients in the(needle knife + McKenzie)group had excellent results,26.6% of the patients had good results,6% of the patients had good results, and 3% of the patients had the effect. For the poor, the total effective rate of this group of patients was 96.7%;40% of the patients in the simple acupuncture group had excellent results,30% of the patients had good results,20% of the patients had good results, and 10% of the patients had poor results. The total effective rate of this group of patients was 90%.Conclusion: 1.Two different treatments are effective for lumbar disc herniation(LDH),but it is clear that needle knife + McKenzie therapy is more effective.2.Needle knife + McKenzie therapy for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH)has a positive effect, with strong maneuverability, good long-term effect,no side effects, etc.,worthy of clinical promotion.
