Observation On The Curative Effect Of External Application Of Jiedusan Combined With Internal Administration Of Jiawei Simiaosan On Acute Gouty Arthritis (damp-heat Accumulation Type)

Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of Jiedu San external application combined with oral Jiawei Si Miao San in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis,and exploring its advantages and effectiveness,it is sought to provide an effective traditional Chinese medicine treatment for patients with acute gouty arthritis.Methods: A total of patients with acute gouty arthritis(damp heat accumulation type)were collected from 2011.08-2019.01,and then numbered according to the order of admission.80 patients were randomly divided into treatment group,control group and experimental group by random number table method.1 and experimental group 2 a total of four groups,(hereinafter replaced by A,B,C,D respectively)20 cases each.In the four groups of patients under the same conditions,the patients in the treatment group were given detoxification and external application together with Jiawei Si Miao San.The patients in the control group were given oral etoricoxib alone,the patients in the experimental group were given the oral administration of Si Miao San,and the experimental group 2 patients.Simple external application of Jiedu San,a continuous treatment for 1 week as a course oftreatment.The clinical effects of four different drugs on gouty arthritis were evaluated by comparing the changes in pain score,TCM syndrome score,blood uric acid,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C-reactive protein and related safety indicators before and after treatment.Results:(1)After treatment,the four groups of patients were statistically significant(P<0.05)in pain scores,TCM syndrome scores,blood uric acid,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,and C-reactive protein(P<0.05),indicating that all four treatment methods were effective.(2)There was no significant difference in the VAS scores between the three groups(P>0.05).There were significant differences between C and A,B and D(P<0.05).(3)There was no significant difference in the scores of A,B and C between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).There were significant differences between D and A,B and C(P<0.05).(4)After treatment,the erythrocyte sedimentation rate and CRP group comparison: There was no significant difference between A and B,C and D(P>0.05).There was statistical significance between A and C,D,B and C and D groups.P < 0.05).(5)There was no significant difference between A and C,B and D after treatment(P>0.05).There was significant difference between A and B,D,C and B and D groups(P< 0.05).Conclusion:The four groups of drugs were effective in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis.In the improvement of VAS score,the treatment effects of group A,B and D were better than those of group C.In the improvement of TCM symptoms,the treatments of group A,B and C were excellent.In group D;in the improvement of erythrocyte sedimentation rate and CRP,the therapeutic effects of group A and group B were better than those of group C and D;in the improvement of uric acid,the therapeutic effects of group A and group C were better than those of group B and group D.In summary,it is indicated that the combination of Jiedu San external application and Jiawei Si Miao San oral group has the most obvious effect on acute gouty arthritis(damp heat accumulation type)and is safe to use.The topical application is combined with oral administration and the clinical curative effect is better.
