Clinical Observation Of Qingre Huashi Jiedu Decoction Combined With Celecoxib Capsules In The Treatment Of Acute Gouty Arthritis

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Qingre Huashi Jiedu Decoction combined with celecoxib capsule in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis with damp-heat and toxic accumulation,and to provide a more effective treatment for acute gouty arthritis.Methods:Seventy outpatients of Department of Orthopedics,Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected.They met the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and met the inclusion and exclusion criteria.Simple randomized equal-dose grouping method,randomly divided into experimental group:35 cases,given Qingre Huashi Jiedu decoction combined with celecoxib capsule treatment;control group:35 cases,given celecoxib capsule treatment,two groups were treated for one week.The serum uric acid(UA),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),C reactive protein(CRP),urine routine,blood routine,fecal routine + Occult blood,routine electrocardiogram and liver and kidney function before and after treatment were recorded in both groups.The symptoms and signs of the two groups before and after treatment were collected through the detailed four diagnostic methods of traditional Chinese medicine,and the syndromes integral table was used to record the syndromes of the two groups.SPSS20.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the collected clinical data in order to objectively evaluate the efficacy and safety of the two groups.Result:1.The clinical study collected 70 cases of acute gouty arthritis patients,35 cases in the experimental group,35 cases in the control group,and finally completed the clinical study.2.Before treatment,the two groups of patients with balance(age,sex,course of disease)comparison,no statistical significance,comparable.3.Comparing the related laboratory indexes(UA,ESR,CRP)before and after treatment between the two groups:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in UA between the two groups(P>0.05).There was significant difference in UA between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,there was significant difference in UA between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in ESR and CRP between the two groups(P>0.05).There was significant difference in ESR and CRP between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in ESR and CRP between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).3.Comparing the integral value of TCM syndromes between the two groups:there was no significant difference in the integral value of TCM syndromes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and there was statistical significance in the comparison of the integral value of TCM syndromes between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).It was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Comparison of the overall clinical efficacy between the two groups:35 cases in the experimental group,the total effective rate was 91.43%;35 cases in the control group,the total effective rate was 80.00%.The overall clinical efficacy of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Clinical safety indicators before and after treatment:During the clinical study,no adverse reactions were found in the two groups.Blood routine test,urine routine test,fecal routine test+ OB test,electrocardiogram test and liver and kidney function test were all within the normal range before and after treatment.Conclusion:Qingre Huashi Jiedu Decoction combined with celecoxib capsule has clinical effect on acute gouty arthritis patients with dampness-heat accumulation toxicity,can improve TCM syndrome,has significant effect in reducing blood uric acid,safety is reliable,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
