Objective:By using data mining technology, this paper explores the compatibility rules and clinical application experience of Professor Lan Zhaoxi's liver and gallbladder prescriptions, which provides a new method for learning Professor Lan Zhaoxi's syndrome differentiation thinking of liver and gallbladder and enriching the academic ideas of famous and old Chinese medicine.Method:Using the basic frequency analysis method to extract the drugs with high frequency distribution, and classify their efficacy. Then using the high frequency drugs to implement factor analysis, association rule analysis and cluster analysis, the core drug groups and main prescription frameworks of Professor Lan Zhaoxi's treatment based on liver and gallbladder syndrome differentiation were summarized and sorted out,and the main core drugs and basic prescriptions were thoroughly analyzed.Result:Using data mining method,it was found that women and young and middle-aged people accounted for a large proportion of the syndromes of disharmony of liver and gallbladder symptoms;among the efficacy categories of drug frequency analysis,Xinwen Liqi drugs were the most common;while in factor analysis, liver and gallbladder Qi stagnation, liver and kidney deficiency, liver and spleen disorder, liver and blood stagnation, gallbladder stagnation and phlegm disturbance, liver stagnation disturbing heart and damp-heat stagnation were the main pathogenesis factors;in cluster analysis, liver stagnation and heat stag The main treatment methods of association rules were Bupleurum chinense,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Aconitum vinegar,Fructus aurantii,Pinelliae ternata,Pericarpium citri,Poria cocos,Paeonia lactiflora,Radix Angelicae sinensis,Mint,Rhizoma Atractylodis,Liushenqu,Jineijin,Radix Rehmanniae,Rhizoma Alismatis,Peony peel,Scutellaria baicalensis,Coptis chinensis,Zhuru,Dan.Participate in strong correlation compatibility drugs. The main prescription frameworks include: Chaihu Shugan San,Huanglian Wendan Tang,Liuwei Dihuang Wan and Xiaoyao San.Conclusion:Based on the research of drug data mining, the core idea of Professor Lan Zhaoxi'ssyndrome differentiation of liver and gallbladder symptoms is explored in the following aspects:1.The precondition of Liver-regulating medication is "Xinganhua Yang" in the framework of Guizhi Gancao Decoction and the concept of "Fixing Yang Qi and Fixing Yang Qi".2.The Qi-regulating and Depression-Relieving drug group mainly composed of Chuanxiong,Xiangfu, citron and bergamot or Yueju pill and Chaihu Shugan San prescriptions are the precursors of the construction of Qi-regulating mechanism and smooth access to Muyu.3.Sini Powder,Shaoyao Gancao Decoction, peach red, spicy and smooth collaterals, sour astringency and liver softening, and coordination of Yin and Yang Qi and blood as auxiliary.4.Take Liuwei Dihuang Pill and Xiaoyao Powder to nourish kidney water and invigorate spleen soil,so as to nourish the innate and acquired foundation.5.On the basis of Chaiqin Huanglian Wendan Decoction, the main body of regulating liver and gallbladder is the treatment of liver and gallbladder organs together and internal and external linkages.6.Jiao Sanxian with Coix seed,Atractylodes Atractylodis healthy movement and stagnation, dampness and turbidity reduction as assistance.Based on the above rules and experience of TCM application,we have a preliminary understanding of Professor Lan Zhaoxi's "restart" mode of liver and gallbladder symptoms differentiation concept, which provides a reference basis for learning the TCM syndrome differentiation thinking of famous veterans and the correct and effective clinical application of classical prescriptions.
