The Empirical Research On The Cases Of Professor Jin Shi Treating Liver Cirrhosis Based On Data Mining

Objective:Based on the clinical medical cases of Professor Jin Shi,a famous TCM professor in the treatment of liver cirrhosis,using data mining platform as an assistive technology,analyzing and arranging Professor Jin Shi's dialectical thinking and prescription of treating liver cirrhosis,learning Professor Jin's treatment of liver Hardened experience,to provide new ideas,new prescriptions for the TCM treatment of liver cirrhosis.Methods:By collecting and arranging the medical records of Professor Jin's outpatient liver cirrhosis for nearly 10 years,cleaning the name,sex,age,main symptoms,tongue coating,pulse,diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,Chinese medicine and so on,from 711 cases of liver cirrhosis.Entering into Medcase V3.2 CangGong database,and establishing information mining database.Then,the cleaned database was imported into ARAP on MRAP,and the data mining model was constructed by using enhanced FPGrowth algorithm,which includes strengthening association rules and clustering,and then using Xminer Operation Tool computing tools to process and analyze the data,using Medcase Chart Metric trend data for deconstruction analysis and graphical representation.Last,analyzing,concluding and summarizing the results through frequency analysis,correlation analysis and cluster analysis.Results:1.A total of 711 cases of liver cirrhosis were studied in this study,including 113 patients,67 male patients and 46 female patients.And 84 of them were compensated,the other 29 were decompensated.The oldest was 88 years old,the youngest was 28 years old.Among them,the majority of the age group in the 40-69 year-old accounted for the largest proportion,accounting for about 80.45%.2.The diagnosis of Chinese medicine mainly were hypochondriac pain,jaundice,accumulation and bulging,of which "accumulation" disease named tops,about 65.51%;the following was "hypochondriac",accounting for about 17.45%.Western medicine causes of liver cirrhosis caused by chronic hepatitis B took up the largest proportion,accounting for about 58.94%;followed by autoimmune liver disease,accounting for 37.83%.3.The common clinical symptoms of patients with liver cirrhosis were fatigue,flank pain,abdominal pain,diarrhea,dry mouth,acid reflux,bloating,etc.The patients with liver cirrhosis in the compensated period mainly had fatigue,flank pain,abdominal pain,and diarrhea.The decompensated people mainly had fatigue,abdominal pain,anorexia,and coma.Among those common clinical symptoms,fatigue was throughout all stages of liver cirrhosis.But in the compensatory period,fatigue could be seen with dark complexion,yellow urine,dry eye pain,and in the decompensated period,fatigue could be seen with coma,abdominal distention.In patients with liver cirrhosis,the common pulse were thin and chord.And often,the pulse thin and pulse chord could be seen at the same time.The common tongue of patients with liver cirrhosis were red,thin yellow or white,and greasy,etc.4.Professor Jin's treatment with Chinese medicine for liver cirrhosis involved Qingrejiedu,Qingrexiehuo,Qingrezaoshi,Lishituihuang,Buyin,Huoxue,Buqi,Liqi,Huashi,Lishuixiaozhong,and so on.The main locals of those drugs were liver,lung,spleen,stomach,kidney and so on.In the compensatory period of liver cirrhosis,Professor Jin preferred to use sarmentosum and Astragalus,turmeric and Bupleurum,turmeric and Astragalus,Bupleurum and Radix Astragali,etc.While in the decompensated period,he mostly used Bupleurum and Scutellariae,Tulip and Scutellaria,Scutellaria and Salvia,etc.Professor Jin's core recipe of treatment of liver cirrhosis mainly included "Long Chai Fang","Yin Shao Er Jin Tang" and "Lan Dou Feng Jing Tang".Conclusion:It was concluded that the main pathological factors of liver cirrhosis were wetness,heat,stasis,poison and depression.The basic pathogenesis of liver cirrhosis was that the phlegm,hot evil,blood stasis,epidemic of drugs and Qi stagnation resulted in liver,spleen and kidney dysfunction,then kidneys lost its usual functions,triple burner had water transport barrier.Last,Qi,blood and water blocked in the liver.So,it was mixed with the actual situation,lingering hard to cure.Professor Jin's common treatments of liver cirrhosis are:heat detoxification method,Shugan Jieyu method,transfer of liver and spleen law,gallbladder method of dampness,flat liver and kidney,blood stasis eliminate law and so on.Professor Jin's common self-prepared medicine in the treatment of cirrhosis were:Bupleurum and Scutellariae,Bupleurum and Turmeric,Tulip and Scutellaria,Scutellaria and Sargassum,Scutellaria and Salvia.Professor Jin's core recipe of treatment of liver cirrhosis were"Long Chai Fang","Yin Shao Er Jin Tang" and "Lan Dou Feng Chu Tang."...
