An Empirical Study On The Treatment Of Headache(Primary Headache) By The Famous Chinese Medicine Doctor Rao Wangfu Based On Data Mining

Objective: To summarize and summarize the outpatient medical records of Professor Rao Wangfu’s treatment of headache(primary headache),and use data mining technology to analyze the medication experience and academic thoughts of Professor Rao Wangfu’s treatment of headache(primary headache).Methods: From December 2018 to December 2020,through outpatient study,the outpatient medical records of Professor Rao Wangfu’s treatment of headache(primary headache)were collected and recorded in real time,and a total of 120 valid medical records were screened.The data analysis tool is SAS 9.4,and the data analysis methods are frequency statistics,cluster analysis,association rules,etc.,and in-depth analysis of Professor Rao Wangfu’s academic thoughts on the treatment of headache(primary headache).Result:1.Headache Western medicine classification results: 58 cases of migraine(48.33%),52 cases of tension headache(43.33%),6(5%)of other facial nerve pain,4 cases of cluster headache(3.33%),and clinical migraine and Tension headaches are more common.2.Basic data analysis: gender distribution: female patients(69.17%),male patients(30.83%),the prevalence of females is more than half of the prevalence of males;age distribution: young people(18-45 years old)in order of frequency 65%,middle-aged patients(46-69 years old)29.17%,elderly patients(over 69 years old)and adolescents(13-17 years old)have lower prevalence rates,3.33% and 2.5%,respectively.3.Features of headache symptoms: Onset form: chronic onset(53.33%),subacute onset(33.33%),acute onset(13.33%);headache is mainly painful(31.67%),Pain(23.33%),dull pain(12.5%),tingling(10%),throbbing pain(10%),faint pain(10%);the location of headaches is distributed according to frequency to unilateral head(26.67%),Full head(19.17%),bilateral head(13.33%),variable location(11.67%),top(10.83%),forehead(10%),back of the head(8.33%);the frequency of headache attacks The frequency hours(24.17%),1 to 6 hours(22.5%),12 to 24 hours(15%);headache symptoms can be wind(58.33%),fatigue(55%),Mood swings(37.5%),cold(23.33%),menstruation(12.5%),high stress(11.67%),etc.induced and aggravated;the mitigating factors are distributed according to frequency,such as massage(32.5%)and rest(30.83%),Hot compress(20.83%),taking analgesics(18.33),cold compress(15%)for relief.The severity of headache was mainly severe(66.7%)and moderate(31.67%).4.Analysis of the main symptoms: a total of 14 symptoms,which are distributed in order of frequency: headache(100%),nausea(90.83%),fatigue(65.83%),dizziness(49.17%),poor sleep sound at night(46.67%),Dry(44.17%),chest tightness(43.33%),constipation(37.5%),upset(37.5%),nausea(33.33%),chills(33.33%),anorexia(30%),abdominal distension(23.33%),Bitter mouth(20.83%).5.Tongue and pulse analysis: the main tongue is red tongue(45%)and yellow coating(35.83%);the main pulse is pulse string(55%),pulse number(42.5%),and pulse thin(35%).6.Syndrome types: according to frequency,they are wind evil and phlegm(19.17%),wind dahurica(88.33%),Scorpion(87.5%),Radix Paeoniae Alba(86.67%),Codonopsis(85.83%),Chuanxiong(84.17%),Fine Xin(72.5%),Qianghuo(70%),soil beetle(51.67%),scutellaria(39.17%),woody(35%);headache drugs are mainly used as anti-wind drugs for 738 frequency 357 times of medicine,204 times of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis medicine,172 times of calming liver and wind-relieving medicine),followed by 421 times of tonic medicine,141 times of clearing heat medicine,etc.The characteristics of the medicine are mainly pungent medicine,reaching 819 times;The characteristics of meridian administration: 805 times for liver,705 times for spleen,621 times for lung,498 times for stomach,400 times for heart,372 times for kidney,etc.The most frequently used medicine for meridian is liver meridian.9.Compatibility of commonly used drugs: There are 17 pairs of commonly used drugs,in order of confidence level: soil beetle,white peony root,soil beetle,Angelica dahurica,vitex,scorpion,ghost arrow feather,white peony root,asarum,white peony root,Qianghuo,Angelica dahurica,soil beetle,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Asarum,Angelica dahurica,Qianghuo,Codonopsis,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Scutellariae,Radix Scutellariae,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Scutellariae,Angelica dahurica,Radix Asarum,Scorpion Scorpion,Dioscorea chinensis var.Angelica dahurica,Chuanxiong,Codonopsis.Among them,the four pairs of beetle,white peony root,beetle root,Angelica dahurica,vitex,scorpion,ghost arrow feather,white peony,have the highest confidence in drug compatibility,reaching 100.10.Drug cluster analysis: Five groups of cluster prescriptions were obtained: The first cluster prescriptions were white peony root,Angelica dahurica,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Codonopsis,licorice,hemp seed,Muxiang,Qianghuo,whole scorpion,soil turtle,Asarum;The second group of cluster prescriptions are Angelica sinensis,Aconite,Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi,Smilax chinensis,Cyperus rotundus;the third group of cluster prescriptions are Pinellia ternata,Bupleurum,Sauerkraut,Zhuru,Poria,Fructus Aurantii;The fourth cluster prescription is Baizhu,Ghost arrow feather,astragalus,vine vine,evodia;the fifth group of cluster prescriptions is atractylodes,rehmannia,and tribulus.Conclusion: According to the results of this data mining,the headache site is clearing the orifice,and the liver is most closely related to the five internal organs.The pathological factors are mainly wind,fire/heat,phlegm,blood stasis,and deficiency,with wind being the most critical factor.There are internal and external distinctions of wind.To distinguish headaches,you must first distinguish between the external and the internal deficiency and the real.The headache deficiency syndrome is not simple,and it is often mixed with the real evil and the syndrome is mixed with the deficiency and the actual.In the treatment,Professor Rao Wangfu used the method of driving the wind to run through and take into account at the same time.Other pathological factors may add corresponding drugs.Professor Rao emphasized that headache treatment needs to grasp the main contradictions,not forget the secondary contradictions,and diversify and use drugs flexibly.
