Research On Standardized Training System For Newly Recruited Nurses Based On Core Competence Model

The development of modern society has entered into a brand new period.At present,the demand of various elite talents is getting bigger and bigger.The training activities of talents at all levels have become the best shortcuts for enterprises and institutions to raise their visibility,compete for market and improve competitiveness.In order to make the training of new nurses more scientific and pertinence,this paper studies the standardized training system of new nurses in our hospital on the basis of core competence and competence theory,in order to improve the quality and ability of new nurses in our hospital,so as to adapt them to the needs of modern hospital development.This study first of all conducted a preliminary interview and questionnaire survey to the new nurses in a triple-A hospital.Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of the standardized training of new nurses in a triple-A hospital,the concept of core competence was introduced to construct the standardized training system of new nurses in this paper.This paper studies the establishment of the standardized training system of new nurses in a hospital of three hospitals in the city of Q from five aspects,including:innovation of core competence model,exploration of training needs,design of scheme,implementation of scheme and evaluation of training.The meaning of core competence can be reflected in the exploration of training needs.In order to realize the scientificity and effectiveness of training,the hospital in Q first makes various training programs based on the results of nurses core competence.The aim of the training is always to improve the core competence of new nurses,so as to improve the efficiency of their departments.
