| With the further deepening of medical reform,the major hospitals in the country have been expanded,at the same time,with the change of the disease spectrum of the population,the operation of medical institutions is increasing year by year,the demand for blood transfusion and blood products is increasing,and the challenges facing the blood supply and blood institutions are becoming more and more challenging.The current blood supply organizations are generally faced with the difficulties of increasing the staffing shortage;the distribution of professional structure of personnel is not reasonable;the proportion of middle and senior professional titles is low and the high level subject leader is lack;the proportion of health technicians can not reach a series of problems,such as the regulations of the health professionals in the basic standard of the blood station,or more than 75%.In order to solve these problems,we must optimize the allocation of human resources.The government needs to strengthen the legislation,to amend the unreasonable laws and regulations in time,to strengthen the government’s leading role in the voluntary blood donation work,to give policy and fund support,to mobilize social resources to strengthen the education of blood supply professionals,and to create a good environment for free blood donation.It is necessary to establish a reasonable personnel management system,strengthen the capacity building of the blood supply and supply organizations,establish a scientific concept of talent,strengthen the construction of the talent echelon,train and develop the personnel of the organization system,formulate the training plan and strengthen the training and assessment on the basis of the analysis of the work,and improve the system of talent introduction,distribution and competition incentive.It will create a good development space for the introduction and growth of talents.This article mainly through the literature research method and the qualitative interview method to collect the data of the institutions,the personnel compilation,the age structure,the professional structure,using the EXCEL to establish the database and making the chart,the statistical analysis of the data with the SPSS18.0.Through finding out the existing problems in the allocation of human resources,the present situation of human resource allocation in the range of blood supply and supply organizations is studied,and the pertinent countermeasures are put forward to provide the decision-making basis for optimizing the allocation of human resources by the blood supply and supply organizations. |
