Career guidance education is a general education course established by colleges and universities to help college students find employment smoothly.It plays an important role in guiding college students to establish a correct outlook on life,values,and employment.At present,there is still a big gap between the effect of employment guidance teaching in China and employment requirements and student needs.There are many problems in practicality and professionalism.This article is divided into six parts for research: Part I: Introduction.It mainly introduces the research background and research significance of this article,summarizes the research status and existing problems in employment guidance of higher education institutions at home and abroad,and formulates the research framework and methods of this article;Part II: related concepts and theories of employment guidance stand by.This chapter gives a clear definition of employment guidance in colleges and universities and elaborates the related theories of employment guidance.The third part is survey design.Through the questionnaire survey,we can understand the medical students' recognition and expectation of employment guidance teaching.Through interviews and surveys,the basic situation of current employment guidance teaching in medical colleges in Hebei Province is understood.The fourth part is empirical analysis.From the aspect of employment instructional teaching satisfaction,student's degree of harvesting and curriculum teaching,we conducted an empirical study of the 2017 medical graduates from three higher medical colleges in Hebei Province,and concluded that the existing higher education medical colleges exist in the teaching of employment guidance.The problem points out the direction for the improvement of employment guidance teaching.The fifth part: conclusions and recommendations.From the empirical analysis to find out the reasons for influencing the teaching effect,and according to the specific issues,put forward measures to improve the effectiveness of employment guidance in higher medical colleges and universities.Conclusions:(1)There is a big gap between the teaching methods,the content of the teaching contents and the main body of the teacher in the career guidance courses for medical students.(2)The overall learning outcome was ranked as career planning ability>employability> entrepreneurial ability,and the variables with different individual characteristics had significant differences in the degree of employment guidance teaching.(3)In general,the degree of acceptance of teachers and teaching methods has a positive effect on the three dimensions of student's employment ability,career planning ability,and entrepreneurial ability.The various variables of the course teaching situation have various degrees of student harvesting degree.Positive and negative effects.
