after higher education developed from “elite education” to “masseducation” in China, the number of graduate increased continuously, but employmentmarket in China cannot meet the employment needs of graduates, employment hasbecome the hot topic in the whole society. In order to solve the employment problem,academia studied this problem from different angles, and abundant research resultshave been achieved. Some experts and scholars specialized study of college students’employment preparation, they think that full employment preparation plays a veryimportant role in employment. Through the analysis of the literature, the existingresearch can be divided into two kinds: one kind is focused on graduates’ employmentpreparation; One kind is to extend employment preparation to graduate from collegestudents enrolled. At present, most research on employment preparation is confined tothe first category.Why this kind of phenomenon appears? Why can’t college students prepare foremployment during their schooldays for the future? Is the employment preparation ofstudents during their schooldays not important?This article suggests that employment for graduates should not only confine to applyfor a job, and should include the whole process from the students enrolled to theuniversity to apply for a job. So it is necessary to research on students’ employmentpreparation during their schooldays, which helps students have a better preparation foremployment during their schooldays, to help schools targeted prepared to promote allaspects of student employment work, help to improve the students’ employment, inresponse to the current severe employment situation. This research is conducted undersuch background.This study takes the medical university students’ employment preparation as the research object, the methods mainly adopt questionnaire, survey by questionnaire,interview and so on the way for B college students to investigate, and gets thepreparation for the employment for students objectively, to lay a solid foundation forthe research of this article.This article has five parts: the first part illustrates the purpose and significance ofthis study and the existing research, thinks the current medical graduates face atightening trend, based on the perspective of medical college students’ employment isgoing to carry out research; it has very important guiding meaning and consultingservice value. The second part takes the B college undergraduates as example,through questionnaire, interview and so on ways to investigate the present situation ofthe employment for students in school, and analyzes the results of the survey, sums upthe problems existing in the current. The third part was prepared for medical collegestudents employment problems, analyses the reasons why think problems not onlyindividual’s own reason, also have the reason; the influence of the society is morefamily. The fourth part ready to put forward some Suggestions to promote the medicaluniversity students employment, think of college students employment preparation,need personal, colleges and universities, the joint efforts of family social "trinity". Thefifth part mainly summarizes the conclusions of this study, expect this research canhelp medical university students prepare for employment, and provide reference forthe school, family and the society.
