In October 6,2016,the official website of the State Council(People's Republic of China Central People's government)published the article regarding the role of the insurance industry very importance in the development of national economy.It is clearly mentioned: the integration health insurance policy and management in urban and rural residents',and encourage the development of supplementary medical insurance and commercial health insurance.According to the statistics of China's health and family planning Statistical Yearbook in 2016,the government expenditure on medical expenses increased from 19980 billion in 2010 to 35312 billion in 2014,accounting for 4.26% to 5.5% of total national economic output(GDP).The average annual growth rate of personal medical expenses is more than twenty percent.It is predicted that in 2017,the social medical security will be in the financial deficit.The average amount of the outpatient is small,but the cost of hospitalization is larger,but the basic medical cost is less than 10 thousand.According to statistics,the average cost of treatment for 30 kinds of more serious diseases is more than 10000 yuan.As a result,we can see that most of the hospitalization costs are not more than 10 thousand.The cost of treatment for very few serious diseases is high.In 2015 thepremium income of health insurance business is 241 billion,an increase of 51.87%;but most purchases are concentrated in big cities,at present,themarket demand of health insurance is very much but product is single variety and high price,the insurance company is mainly to serious illness insurance quota payment as the main health insurance products sales.Such products are characterized by premium premiums and lower premiums.As long as they suffer from the major diseases prescribed in the contract,the amount of the agreed compensation is not related to the actual cost of treatment.Actually,taking cancer as an example,most of the cost of thyroid cancer treatment may be 10 times lower than that of treating lung cancer.With the introduction of advanced inspection methods and treatment methods abroad,some malignant tumors can not only improve the life cycle,but also be more likely to cure,such as proton heavy ions,immunotherapy,and targeted drugs.Generally,this kind of medicine and treatment is not in the social basic medical security.And now more than 500 thousand of the market's insurance prices for major diseases are not acceptable to ordinary people.All of the above indicate that a general public can accept the price of commercial medical insurance as a guarantee of social medical supplement to solve the above problems.The product is introduced in this paper according to the basic principle of commercial insurance system combined with the existing social basic medical protection of domestic,the use of management,finance,actuarial pricing based principle and other related theories,using normative analysis,empirical analysis,historical analysis,comparative product longitudinal,transverse analysis of similar competing products,as well as the real needs of the market,on 2016 in the end of the first medical insurance products enjoy E million medical students "design principle,product condition analysis,pricing strategy,risk control,and the influence of product innovation on the market.
