In order to solve the unfair problem of regional medical resources, the government has increased construction of basic medical institutions year by year, medical products used to be in the high-class standard or domestic line, there has been the lack of medical products for basic medical institutions. In recent years service design has flourished,as a design thinking method,it has been widely used in business to attract users, improve the user experience,so as to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.Service design has a strong advantage in the integration of resources, while Internet technology also plays an important role in it.This paper analyzed the application of service design and Internet technology in the medical field, and finally came up with some experience and methods, when these methods and experience were put in the medical field, some methods and principles were extracted and can be applied to the development of products in basic medical institutions.Four methods to improve basic medical service pattern.including changing support of employees foreground to background system support,Internetization of information transmission and storage, shortening the service process, and four principles to guide basic medical product design including function subtraction principle, the modular design principle, collection processing principle, value engineering principle. These design strategies can guide the design of primary care medical equipment which is low-cost,professional,easy to use and can improve the patient's experience. Finally, design a portable hemodynamic monitor using these strategies,so that people in remote areas can also afford the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease screening services.
