Research On The Provision Of Home Care Services In The Community With The Combination Of Medical Care And Care

As China's ageing situation becomes increasingly severe,the family pension function is gradually weakening,and the pension problem has gradually become an important social issue that has plagued our country.As a new way of care for the elderly,the combination of medical care and community care for the aged in the home has gradually become popular.Under this circumstance,in order to find out the current situation of the development of domestic medical care and community care in the community and find out the existing problems and causes,this paper selects the typical case of Chengdu and uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods.The medical care in China combines the supply of community-based home care services.Through questionnaires and interviews,the author went deep into the pilot communities in Chengdu.From the service satisfaction rate,service demand rate,and service supply rate,the authors analyzed the city's supply-demand match for community-based nursing care in the community,and identified its development.Based on the unfavorable factors and their causes,and according to the specific reasons for imbalances in supply and demand,we have made targeted suggestions on how to further improve the community-based community care service system for medical care and support,and pointed out the future development direction and path of medical care and community-based community care services for the elderly..Through research,this article believes that the main problems in the current supply of medical care in China combined with community-based home care services are: the community's inadequate service facilities,unbalanced service supply and demand,lack of service supply content,and low utilization rate of service items.In view of these problems,this study made in-depth analysis and started to discuss the imbalance between supply and demand from several aspects.The results suggested that the reasons were insufficient funds,asymmetric information between supply and demand parties,and lack of initiative in community work.This article believes that we should start from the aspects of strengthening the community's propaganda and guidance,conducting in-depth needs investigation work,and giving full play to the role of the government.
