Construction Of The Evaluation Index System For The Supply Service Quality Of Community-home Care Center In Medical-care

Objectives To establish a comprehensive,and applicable the evaluation system and to provide evaluation standards for the supply service quality of community-home care center with medical care.Methods 1 Through literature combing,theoretical analysis,qualitative interview and group discussion,the evaluation system framework of the community-home care center in the medical care is constructed based on the quality theory of element-link-end.Thirtythree experts were asked to conduct three rounds of expert inquiries.Indicators were screened according to the importance score,the highest score rate and the coefficient of variation of the indicators,and the weight of the indicators was derived.The evaluation system of the service quality of the community-home care center with medical care was initially formed.2 The reliability and validity of the evaluation form of the service quality of community-home care center in medical care were assessed by convenience sampling from 90 community-home care centers in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.Results 1 According to the theory of element-link-end,the initial item pool includes three dimensions of service element quality,service link quality and service end quality,and 67 indicators.The results showed that the authority coefficients of three rounds of expert consultation were 0.905,0.909 and 0.922.The coordination coefficients were0.249,0.252 and 0.316(P<0.05).In the first round of consultation,16 indicators were added,9 indicators were modified,and 12 indicators were deleted.In the second round of consultation,1 indicator was increased and 1 indicator was revised,5 indicators were deleted.In the third round,no indicator was modified.There are 3 first level indexes,15 second and 64 third level indexes in the evaluation system.The weight values of the first level indexes of service factor quality,service supply quality and service result quality were 0.140,0.332 and 0.528 respectively.2 The Cronbach's alpha was 0.939 of the whole evaluation system.The Cronbach's alpha of the first-grade index ranged from 0.729 to0.941.The split-half reliability and test-retest reliability was 0.926 and 0.938 respectively for the evaluation scale.The item-level content validity index ranged from 0.857 to 1.000.The scale-level content validity index was 0.979.For the first exploratory factor analysis,15 common factors were extracted,which explained 82.07% variance of originalvariables.11 factors with load coefficient less than 0.5 were deleted.For the second exploratory factor analysis,12 common factors were extracted,which explained 79.21%variance of original variables.All of the indicators had load coefficients greater than 0.5and had a good attribution tendency.There are 3 first level indexes,12 second and 53 third level indexes in the evaluation system.Conclusions 1 After preliminary verification,the reliability and validity of the whole evaluation system were good.2 It was initially established a scientific and comprehensive evaluation index system for the service quality of the community-home care center,which included 3 first level indexes,12 second and 53 third level indexes.Figure 2;Table 22;Reference 96...
