Research On The Old-age Care Model Combined With Home Medical Care And Elderly Care In The Elderly Community In Xi'an

In today's world,all countries are facing a serious problem of population aging.Aging is an important factor that restricts economic development.With the acceleration of aging population,1/3 of the elderly population in 2050 is elderly.On the one hand,China is facing more and more serious aging of the population;on the other hand,the elderly population is declining as the age increases,and the simple family care for the elderly can't meet the needs of the elderly.Therefore,in the context of the aging of the population,we need to put forward a combination of medical care and support for the aged,perfect the way of home care for the aged,and better cope with the problem of the aging of the population in China.In this paper,literature research,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis are used to study the elderly home care mode in Xi'an.This article is divided into six parts,the first part,the significance of the research,the introduction of the views of advanced scholars,and finally the research content and framework,research methods,research innovation and deficiencies;the second part of Xi'an city elderly community home medical care model for the elderly to explore the theoretical basis,mainly elaborated on the relevant general concept.The third part is the social survey on the status of elderly residents in Xi'an,the main content is divided into the analysis of the status of the elderly in Xi'an,the analysis of the social investigation and the analysis of' the existing problems and the reasons.The fourth part of the elderly community in Xi'an is integrated with the family health care.The old model construction,mainly elaborated the advanced experience of the old-age mode,the construction concept and the basic mode;the fifth part optimized the Countermeasures of the elderly community home medical care mode in Xi'an,mainly including the improvement of the old-age service system,policy support and guidance,supervision and operation mechanism and talent support;The sixth part is the research conclusion and research prospect.The main conclusions are that Xi'an is faced with serious problems of population aging,large demand for the aged,and the construction of the elderly community home medical care model in Xi'an is facing many problems and needs related supporting measures.The research prospect is that in the later stage,we need to increase the research on the optimization of the pension mode.To sum up,the construction of the old-age pension model for the elderly in Xi'an,following the principle of fairness,co construction and sharing,encourages the participation of the three parties of the government,the community and the medical institutions,but also faces the problems of imperfect system,low social participation and lack of professional talents.The policy support,the improvement of the supervision mechanism and the support of professional personnel support,and so on,to provide reference for the combination of medical care and support for the elderly in Xi'an,and improve the service system for the aged.
