Medical insurance is an insurance system established to compensate for the economic losses caused by disease risks.The medical insurance system,as an important part of China's social security system,disperses individuals and families due to illness through the participation of all members of society.Economic risks maintain the basic living standards of members of society.At present,the medical security system of China's socialist market economy system has been initially established.Urban worker's medical care,and urban and rural medical assistance are all included within the scope of protection from the system level.The goal of enjoying basic medical security for all is achieved.However,subject to theurban-rural dual structure,the integration of achieved real integration in 2016.This paper combines theoretical research with practical analysis and uses Aba Prefecture as an example to analyze urban and rural areas.After the integration of basic medical insurance for residents,the new problems encountered in the three aspects of overall collection,treatment review,and fund management were analyzed from the following three aspects: irrational work progress,inadequate institutional research,Finally,itproposes to propose countermeasures and suggestions through more unified human resources collection,more convenient treatment audits,and more effective fund management.The purpose is to improve the level of office management services,ensure the healthy and stable and healthy operation of basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents in Aba,and protect the general public.Agro-pastoralists enjoy fairness,and promote harmony and stability in Aba Prefecture.
