The National Health Insurance System Research Of Zhengzhou City Based On Integration Of Urban And Rural Areas

The medical and health service is a major problem which is related to population health and social harmony. However, the health care reform in China lags behind the economic reform.The existing services provided by medical institutions can not meet the needs of people of different levels. There has a long time shortage and waste of medical resources, medical services and low efficiency. Medical treatment is difficult and expensive which has become one of the "new three big mountains". New round of health care reform is imperative. Despite the reform of the health care system has a multitude of things, but the medical security system to achieve universal health insurance is still our country and the world goal of health care reform.Zheng Zhou is the capital of Henan Province, with the rapid economic development, people in urban and rural, regional, inter-industry mobility is increasing. The boundaries between urban and rural areas and residents are increasingly fuzzy. All of these led to the demand for increasingly medical care. This research focuses on the Zheng Zhou City which has implied a universal health insurance system in 2007 and made a survey of the national health insurance system's operating status through questionnaires and literature analysis. This paper is divided into five parts; the first part is the introduction of dissertations significance and background of the basic issues of theory; The second part is what consists in the universal health insurance system constitutes of Zhengzhou city, that is to say, it is mainly introduce what the items of the system of universal health insurance status were referred in; The third part is mainly introduce the operation of universal health care status current situation, through the field investigation and the statistical analysis of Zhengzhou City, to find the main problems in medical insurance status of urban and rural residents. The fourth part is the implementation of the reasons for problems combined with foreign countries experience of universal health insurance system; The last part has put forward the policy recommendations in order to the next step development.
