| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of "Wujiqingchang Decoction" for retention enema in treating IBS-D(damp-heat stasis syndrome).Methods: Totally 74 patients were enrolled in the trial and were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group(37 cases)was treated with Wujiqingchangdecoction retention enema treatment;and the control group(37cases),Jiechangning retention enema treatment.2 weeks for a course of treatment,a total of 1 course of treatment;record the patient’s symptom scores before and after treatment to determine the clinical efficacy.Results: In the end,64 cases were observed in total,33 cases in the treatment group,and 31 cases in the control group.In this observation process,10 cases were removed.After treatment,the treatment group recovered in 8 cases,markedly improved in 14 cases,effective in 7 cases,and was ineffective in 4 cases.The total effective rate was 87.88%;in the control group,5 cases were cured,12 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were effective,6 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 80.65%,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than the control group,but statistical analysis showed no significant difference(P>0.05).The symptom scores of both groups were reduced after treatment.The advantage of the treatment group in the treatment of abdominal pain and stool frequency was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The curative effect was on the symptoms of stool characteristics,diarrhea,anal burning,and mouth dry mouth.Quite(P>0.05).The retention enema of Wuji Qingchang Decoction did not show obvious adverse reactions,no toxic and side effects during the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome,and it was safe and reliable.It is worthy of further study and application,and it is better applied to the clinic.Conclusion: Keeping enema can effectively relieve clinical symptoms,and high drug utilization,fewer side effects,can effectively control the clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life of patients,the clinical efficacy is better than the colon. |
