Clinical Study Of Pubaizhitong Decoction Ertention-enema For Healing Of Anal Fistual

Objective:To observe the curative effect of retention-enema with Pubaizhitong decoction on anal cryptitis in the controlled clinical trial of60cases.Methods:Through screening of the anal cryptitis patients in out-patient clinic of first affiliated hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine,60patients that met the inclusion criteria were observed and evenly divided into two groups randomly.The patients of treatment group were treated with retention-enema with Pubaizhitong decoction,200ml each time and once or twice a day;in the control groupthe patients were treated with Shexiang Zhichuang Shuan Fumigation.Anus treatment once or twice a day.On the seventh days the observations respectively on anal cryptitis symptoms of the patients (pain,poor stool,itching and mucus, perineal discomfort) and specialist examination signs (anal sinus congestion and swelling,tenderness,skin moist,mucus exudate,anal sinus congestion, anal nipple swelling),etc.before and after treatment were clinically observed and analyzed statistically.Result:The treatment group had six cases cured,7cases markedly effective,15cases effective and two cases ineffective.The total efficiency was90.00%;the control group,2cases cured,3cases markedlyeffective,16cases effective and9cases ineffective,of which the totalefficiency is66.67%.In statistical analysis,p＜0.05,which is statistically significant and proved treatment group was significantly higher effective.Conclusion:1. Retention-enema with Pubaizhitong decoctionanal sinusitis effectively.2. Retention-enema with Pubaizhitong decoction is much more effective in the aspect of curative effect than Shexiang ZhichuangShuan, which can significantly reduce pain, itching and other symptoms of anal cryptitis patients, significant improvement anal cryptitis swelling and hyperemia.3.Retention-enema with Pubaizhitong decoction is simple and has many advantages including light adverse reactions,economical for patients and high efficacy.After treatment,no extra special care! Less prone to infection! Personal treatment is possible according to traditional Chinese medicine dialectical theory and programs are specifically targeted,which is worthy of promotion and further study.
